Sketchy service. Contact information was incorrect. Email address provided was wrong. Nobody knew what I was talking about. Too difficult to retrieve tickets. Would not recommend.

very overpriced and badly organised waiting over 1.5 hours just to ride the small cars with my young daughter paid £340 for four of us at this rate will probably manage to get in about 3 rides if i pay another £250 i can get a fast track tickets what £600 for a day out at the fair ???? sort it out guys come on this is a rip off

From my opinion suitable for young childrens. Teenagers were less interested in the facilities after an hour ,4 extreem facilities & some simulators. We had short lines in most of the facilities.

The voucher I bought was supposed to include a meal, well that wasn’t included in the tickets I received before going to the Ferrari center. One major activity was closed for one month but this wasn’t communicated. So the parc is really for families and kids, we paid a lot for 2 rides. The company who sold their tour via TripAdvisor were useless when I called them from the parc and a manager never called me back. To avoid !!

Had an amazing time at Ferrari World, would highly recommend it whilst in Abu Dhabi. Booking through Viator was easy and even contacting the tour company via email on Covid restrictions, got responses back very quickly.

The fast rides/ rollercoasters were fun, we had a good deal that also included lunch so we felt we had value for money. Catching the free bus from the hotel also added to the value. All in all, a good day out if you like fast rides :)

We went to Ferrari world for the day. On arrival it is very impressive. One gets the impression that no costs have been spared in planning and construction of this great tourist attraction. That's unfortunately all it is. Its designed to draw crowds and thrill Ferrari and motor enthusiasts. Service and operation of the facility is slick and smooth. We went on most of the rides and even upgraded to the fast track. All excellent. Would I go back, NO. Got the cap and t shirt and I do encourage those who go on holiday to UAE, make a point of visiting Ferrari World

Awesome !!!! Just simply awesome. . we had a great time. very friendly staffs, free shuttle service to hotels. it's a great place to visit.
