Port Denarau Marina, Denarau Island, Fiji
Traveler pickup is offered
All properties on Denarau will be picked up at 08:30 AM for the AM departure and 12:30PM for the PM departure. Other properties outside of Denarau vary between 06:30AM - 08:00AM in the Nadi area or 11:30 - 12PM for the PM session. Please be in touch with our team atleast 24 hours prior to travel to confirm pick up time and place email us. We also provide transfers for properties on the coral coast at a small fee of FJD20 per person - payable at checkin by card only.

01:00 PM departure is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.

We had an amazing experience here, we were kindly picked at our resort and transported to the port where we got onboard on a nice catamaran. Greeted with cold bottled water. Nice smooth ride to cloud9 surrounded by turquoise water. Ordered drinks and pizza , went snorkelling and relaxed after that. Overall great experience.

The staff at Cloud 9 were all extremely lovely and accommodated for us without fuss at all. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped back after the day out. Fun 50 minute boat ride to and from cloud 9 with music and a bar. The water is nothing like you’ve ever seen before. The pizzas were delicious and quick to come out. Highly recommend making the trip. Thank you again!

Please do not go with Cloud9 if you have kids below 10 years. Here is what happened to us. Tripadvisor allowed us to book cloud9 trip with kids of age 4 & 6. We checkout at 7:30Am in the morning and cloud9 send us pickup Shettle which we hop on to reach Cloud9 and after filling all the information and grabbing our passes for the trip Cloud9 team has refused our enter as we have kids less than 10 years. Ground staff were really helpful they called their boss to see if they can allow us, but his boss was too busy and finally did not allow us. Now I was in a situation where I can't go back to my hotel with kids and my flight is at 8PM. My family was very disappointed. Very frustrated as TripAdvisor has allowed us to book even though cloud9 has travel conditions. Please parents with KIDS below 10 years do not book this trip. Now we can't even contact TripAdvisor as we do not have a complaints process.
Next time a big NO to TripAdvisor.

1.5 hr boat ride both ways which was advertised as “40 mins”
when asked to borrow snorkel equipment was told there were too many people for equipment and that they had ran out.
it was nice to see a few fish once i was able to borrow some googles off another person on the trip- nothing spectacular. nil coral .

We loved Cloud 9–what a unique experience! It was incredible to be floating in the middle of the ocean! There is plenty of room on board to sit, take photos and walk around. The drinks and pizza were both delicious and we enjoyed jumping off the top and swimming around. We also appreciated the gift from the manager to celebrate our honeymoon 🥂
