I went with my 25 year old daughter as she is a pizza fanatic. It was a short drive to the villa from the centre of Florence then we arrived at a stunning location with views to die for. We started with gelato making with Angie which was incredible. Such a good teacher and extremely informative about the gelato making. We all got to taste each others gelato flavours at the end of the day. My favourite was pistachio with pink salt and freeze dried sage. Amazing !!!! Then we all went to watch a pizza making demo expertly taught by Arla and Thomas (Arla should be on the stage she was so funny) before we were let loose making them ourselves. It was an incredible experience all round. We sat together eating pizza, drinking wine and looking over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. What more could you want.

What a fun evening! My husband and I really enjoyed learning how to make gelato from Max, as well as what making pizza dough entails from Arla and Tiziano. Informative and tasty! And the views...wow! Highly recommend!

The team, Gloria, Thomas, & Tisamo(?) were incredible! They taught an absolutely amazing and funny class. Learned so much about making delicious pizza and gelato. It was a quick drive to the farm house and it was stunning! The view was iconic. You must book this class!

We booked this day trip during our visit in Florence and it was perfect. It was the highlight of our Italy trip for our 9 year old and we all had the best time. The location is beautiful and the pizza and gelato making was so much fun. The hosts (Max, Thomas, Tiziano) were so nice and entertaining for the whole family. I can honestly say the pizza and gelato were of the best during our whole Italy trip. The wine was delicious as well. Finally, the logistics - including communication and transportation - ran so smoothly. It was definitely worth the time and cost to work this into our vacation.

So much fun! Gloria, Tiziano and Thomas were awesome! They were knowledgeable and fun. The perfect combo. Looking forward to making my own gelato at home, I went and bought a machine once we got back.

This experience will always be cherished . One of the highlights of my florence trip. The chefs were professional and at the same time entertaining. The instructions were specific and precise which facilitated amazing pizza and Gelato made by me.very gratifying

We had the best time in this cooking class! Great teachers and beautiful property! Angela and Arla were amazing instructors, and we really enjoyed meeting the other people on our tour. If you are thinking of booking, do it.

What a fantastic & fun experience. Very well organized and professional. Everything went as planned & you get what you pay for. The gelato making is a bit rushed & therefore the actual gelato that was made was not quite exact but this is understandable for a class situation. We learned the process! The pizza making was exceptional and delicious of course. Excellent experience overall with friendly professional staff and a beautiful facility/location. Definitely recommend this.

We had the BEST time making gelato and pizza on this tour. Angela was engaging and had some special surprises for us when we made gelato. I can't wait to make it at home. Tiziano and Thomas taught us to make pizza, while keeping us entertained with their "comedy routine". The group was well organized and we enjoyed every minute! Highly recommend!
