We did the half day tour flying from Broome over Horizontal Falls to Cygnet Bay - our pilot Freddie was great and gave us lots of insight into the areas we flew over - you really do appreciate the remoteness, spectacular colours and never ending landscape of the Kimberley from above. We had a barramundi lunch at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm following an informative tour of the history of pearl and pearl shell farming in the area. This was followed by free time to peruse the pearl showroom - no-one is pushy about selling you things but you come away thinking that the natural Keshi pearls are more desirable. Be aware that the plane is not spacious so if you are tall or not very mobile then this could be a challenge however overall the whole trip was well worth it! Thanks again to Freddie and Ollie for a great day out.

Fantastic tour. Can’t rate this experience highly enough. From friendly, helpful admin staff to our engaging pilot Nick, Fly Broome service was professional, accommodating and personal. One of our group had extra needs and nothing was a problem for Nick… Good job buddy 👍 Commentary was interesting, scenery spectacular, and time on the ground at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm informative. Don’t hesitate… hit “book now” you won’t regret it.

Did the " Fly the Falls Tour " on Saturday 6 April 2024 . What an amazing experience !
I cannot rate this experience highly enough . From the pick - up at my hotel , the ground staff , pilot ( Lachlan ) and tour guides at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm , went out of their way to make the trip both entertaining and informative .
I have travelled extensively , and would without a doubt , rate this trip among the best of the best !

5 out of 5. What an incredible experience. The colours are unbelievable. From hotel pickup, through the entertaining flight by experienced pilot Lachlan, to returning back to the hotel, the trip was relaxing and professional. Lachlan provided relevant and entertaining commentary, and landed and took off perfectly. We saw incredible colours and the magnificent Horizontal Falls. The presentation at CYGNET BAY Pearls of Australia was very thorough and we enjoyed the opportunity to understand the cultured pearl process, and handling the pearls, which was a special part of this Fly Broome Fly the Falls Air Adventure. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone considering viewing the Horizontal Falls and delving into the secrets of the Aussie Pearl.

Be aware when booking with Viator if you get a “pending” response. We booked a tour with this response and never heard from the vendor. When we reached out they explained that they would not fly unless they had enough people signed up. We reached out to another company and wound up booking with them. So we had two different reservations via Viator for the same tour with different companies. Because of the similarities of their names, we thought they were the same. By the time we realized the difference, it was too late to cancel the tour. They charged the full amount while stating the tour was cancelled due to lack of enough participants. I requested a partial refund and was denied. The tour we took said that they needed a minimum of 4 paying customers and would do the tour with 2 people paying for 4 (they had 4 of us in the 6-person plane). I was not asking for a full refund but a partial. Would not recommend Fly Broome.
