Flying Dress Photoshoot in Santorini with Hotel Pickup

It was an amazing experience. Catia had high quality dresses and brought us to her studio to get dressed and ready. Treated us like special guests in her home. Then took us to beautiful locations for your photo shoots. I am 65 yrs old and I felt like a beautiful model. It was an experience never forgotten. Catia took her time with each one of us and the results were fabulous. I am a photographer in the US and we thrilled with her professionalism and the quality of her work. You can’t go wrong choosing Catia for your Flying Dress Photo Shoot!

Our photographer Catia and her assistant Jessie are the utmost professionals and they make the entire experience fun! They took our family to much more private areas for the photos so we didn’t feel like we are on display during the photo shoot. The pictures themselves turned out absolutely amazing. There may have been less expensive options, but the private changing room in Catia’s studio, the assistance picking out the dress color, the private photo shoot area, the pick up and drop off at our hotel, the fast turnaround to see the digital prints and Catia herself being local to Santorini made all the difference!!

I didn’t have it because apparently it was too windy - which I accept. I am very angry about not being told the event was cancelled so took a ferry (3 1/2hrs return from Naxos just for the experience), my name wasn’t on a card being held by someone at the Port as advised would be the case on arrival, so I phoned to ask why. ‘Cancelled…’. No-one phoned, emailed, text me to advise so I had then no pickup/drop off so had to pay 95€ return to closest town of Fira, to use part of the 2hrs on Santorini to be back to the port in time for return ferry. Had I been advised of the cancellation I could have made a judgement to forfeit my ferry cost and remain on Naxos for an alternative tour or other. I had spoken to the photographer only days before discussing the pickup and process. I was on Santorini, it didn’t appear too windy but accept the photographer’s experience. I requested a refund of my payment. I just should have simply been advised of the cancellation rather than be left stranded at the port with no knowledge of what was happening or not, and then having the additional cost and loss of a day to arrange an alternative activity.

Of course very disappointing that the activity I prepared for with hair, nails, makeup, return day trip to Santorini from Naxos didn’t go ahead - ‘too windy’. Worse was not being told! Three and half hours return travel - 150€, arrived at Santorini Port with no-one holding sign with my name. Phoned ‘sorry, tour cancelled’. When did you know this? Why wasn’t I advised by tour operator or photographer I’d spoken with days before? No email, text, phone call. Now no pickup or return from port so 95€ for return bus/taxi to have 45 mins in Fira having to make my way back to the port in the required time for the ferry as per instructions. Had I known about the cancelation I could have made a decisions to forfeit my ferry and have the day doing an activity on Naxos. The tour has been refunded - when I phoned regarding being stranded at the port with no warning or advice, I requested it and then received an email confirmation. Out-of-pocket for a lot more than the experience. Be aware! I wouldn’t trust this company again.

Katia and partner did a great job! Definitely like the idea of not dressing in public, and her willingness to work with people on the larger side. Felt very safe, and she made us feel beautiful! Be warned, dresses are beautiful, but more on the revealing side. Bring strapless bra, and flowy clear shawl like for wedding if you are not comfortable showing arms and are top heavy like myself. Our pictures came out great- even prior to touch ups! Try to fix your hair before going! My hair was a mess! Haha We had an amazing time!

What an amazing experience! Total professionalism and superb customer service! Catia and Jessie made us feed like we were the most beautiful and and most photogenic women in the world! Catia’s eye for capturing the essence of Santorini and the beauty in every woman is incomparable! Jessie’s attention to detail and care add to just how special this duo is. They made what started out as just an ordinary experience in Santorini EXTRAORDINARY!!!

I bought this flying dress photoshoot as a surprise gift for my daughter's birthday. The overall experience was excellent from the hotel pick-up, help getting dressed, assistance during the photoshoot, transportation back to our hotel, and the final cleaned up pictures. Our daughter absolutely loved her photoshoot with Catia! The final pictures are wonderful. Thank you so much for such a fun, unique experience during our stay in Santorini, Greece :)
