We will be on the hills of Florence, just ten minutes from the city center, from which you'll enjoy a fantastic view! Get out of the tourist circuit and enjoy your new friends!_ Transfer from the city center is included to come and back from my. place._We'll start with a welcome coffee and cookies in the morning , aperitivo in the evening, to get to know each other a little bit, then let's get our hands in the dough from scratch with flour and eggs, following our instructions, we'll do two different shapes of pasta. We will roll it out by hand and with the pasta machine, making shapes for Cappellacci & Spaghetti, but not without a small aperitif with tomato and basil “bruschetta” and few glasses of Prosecco! It is already time to prepare another dough, the potatoes Gnocchi. Come in the kitchen and watch how do the sauces for gnocchi, spaghetti and cappellaci with ricotta and spinach. We'll prepare the table to eat together all the meals you've made! buon appetito!.Our team will glad to host you and share our love for pasta and Tuscany with you!

This was the most incredible day!!! The views from the villa are amazing—and Francy is the ultimate host! We made 3 types of pasta, had authentic bruschetta, so much vino, and wonderful company with 2 other couples in the class. It’s so convenient that transportation from a local square is provided directly to the villa. This is a MUST VISIT stop on your Florence/Tuscany trip!!

Fantastic 3 hour experience with pasta, wine and prosecco! Great team, lovely house and overall a incredible setting - everything was perfect.
3 different types of pasta & gnocchi, some desert and more prosecco!

We made 3 types of pasta, and at France’s request, we taxied out our mother to join us for dinner when we had to leave early and we stayed until the end- WOW!!

This was a first class experience from start to finish. Louisa, Tomas and Francy were delightful and wonderful instructors. Charming, funny and informative. The setting is gorgeous. And, the recipes were simple and delicious. One of our best meals in Italy. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Francy and the team making pasta! Their smiles and personalities light up the room and were an absolute delight to work with. We learned how to make multiple kinds of pasta, ate it all, and had loads of fun. Could not recommend it enough!
