Do not buy from here. It is a scam. You will never receive a ticket. We took a taxi, because we thougt that we will be able to enter the museum. But we couldn’t.

We needed last minute tickets, and these guys came through big time! They're much more expensive than the official website but when you need tickets in a pinch, this is the way to go. They communicated via WhatsApp and sent us our tickets we'll before start time.
Additionally, we got a couple of alebrijes figurines and drinks from a cafe two blocks away. So, that was a nice, unexpected gift! If you were in a similar predicament, I'd fully recommend you make us of this service.

The operator never sent the tickets and thus we ended up in front of the museum with access denied.

The museum was very interesting. Frida Kahlo lived a very challenged life yet was so successful. Her clothing and personal effects on display was amazing.

The museum is an homage to a person who, though she may have been interesting and moderately attractive, was not a great painter. The museum is way overpriced for a few minutes of sitting in a pleasant courtyard and a few minutes of seeing artifacts from herife. Very little artwork. not interested in her dresses, all told not a very good tour. The tour was postponed by the agency, which caused us unnecessary angst in getting our digital tickets to reach my cellphone. I do not recommend this tour, unless you are a Frida sychophant.

It’s best to book ahead before going as this usually sells out and you can’t purchase at the door. The only annoying part is the ticket I bought did not match the time on the ticket I received and I had to wait longer.

Museum was nice , small and very crowded, a a huge line in the heat , my tickets said they included coffee, skipping the line and a souvenir but that was far from the truth . Should be a lot cheaper for what it is

Your site said audio support (which I paid for) and FK museum doesn’t offer or have it. The scheduling and ticketing was awkward and confusing/finally received the “ticket” by email. What is the Viator website for???
