En route to the ferry port in Doolin we pass Dunguaire Castle.
Pass By: Kinvara Harbour, The Quay, Kinvara Ireland
As we pass the harbour in Kinvara, keep an eye out for the traditional sailing craft, Galway Hookers.
Pass By: Ballyvaughan, Ballyvaughan, The Burren, County Clare
We turn right at the picturesque little village of Ballyvaughan and head out on to the Wild Atlantic Way.
Pass By: Black Head Lighthouse, Murrooghtoohy North, Co. Clare, Ireland
The Lighthouse at Black Head was commissioned in the 1930's to assist vessels in navigating the rocky shoreline.
Pass By: The Burren, The Burren, County Clare
The glacio-karst landscape of The Burren is all around us as we make our way along the coast road.
Pass By: Fanore Beach, Fanore Ireland
Keep an eye out for some hardy surfers as we pass the beach at Fanore.
Stop At: Doolin Pier, Ballaghaline, Doolin Ireland
Our ferry departs from the pier in Doolin.

Stop At: Inisheer, Inisheer, Aran Islands, County Galway, Western Ireland
Once on the island you have 2 hours of free time to explore at your leisure.

Stop At: Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, Liscannor Ireland
Your tour today includes a 1 hour stop at the top of the Cliffs of Moher too. Entry fee is included in the tour price.

On the return journey to Galway we pass Lisdoonvarna, home to the world famous annual Matchmaking Festival.

What a wonderful way to spend the day! We were incredibly fortunate with both the weather and our excellent driver/guide, Gerry. Throughout the tour, Gerry provided fascinating insights into the local history and entertained us with amusing anecdotes, making the bus ride truly enjoyable and scenic.
Gerry's warm, personable demeanor and excellent storytelling abilities truly enhanced the overall tour.
Highly recommend!

What a great way to spend a day! We got gorgeous views and a ton of information about Irish history, plus a few laughs. I would highly recommend. Two things I need to warn you about:
-ARRIVE 15 MIN EARLY. If you are even 1 min late, they will leave you behind. If you are*almost* late, they will publicly humiliate you. Just show up early.
-Bring your own Dramamine & Tylenol. Between the bus ride through the windy mountain roads & the boat, there's a good chance you might get motion sick and none of the shops sell OTC medication.

The Island was a lot cooler than I expected. Saw the cliffs from the water and above. Great experience overall. A lot of changing vehicle's - bus to a boat to the island and into a bus. It was worth it just be aware. Highly recommend

Tour guide Phil was obviously very proud of his country and shared so many great fun facts about the area as well as other cities people might be visiting. Based on weather the tour was diverted from some locations, but that added some extra surprises. Just don't be even 3 minutes late (even if traffic sucks and your taxi shows up late) for your tour with this company as they are unable to wait due to ferry schedule (understandable). You will be put on a different tour route and not compensated the price difference. Just be aware of that.

Awesome day trip, Gerry was our bus driver he was awesome, very knowledgeable, had great jokes, and was helpful. Has lots of self explore leisure time, we really enjoyed inisheer (even splashed around in the beach). It was a wonderful time

This was the perfect tour. We got to take a ferry to the Aran Islands and spend some time there. Then we got to view the cliffs of Mohar from sea level, and then took a bus up to the top. This was totally worth the money.
