The Quicksilver 2-Hour Sunset Dinner Cruise offers five main course meal options. Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs. For starters, Caesar salad with homemade buttery croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and warm breadsticks. The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert double-layer chocolate cake and New York style cheesecake.

This cruise exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and hot! The staff was wonderful and helpful. Music was amazing!! Make sure to tip entertainment because it’s seperate.

Great sunset experience w/delicious food! Drinks were included. Dessert would have made it better. Also wish they would have done pictures as we boarded. Assigned seating so we were seated next to another couple but it wasn’t too bad. Overall recommend for a nice evening.

Food was excellent and getting to see a Humpback whale breach just a few feet from the boat was an added bonus.

We weren’t able to go, since I had digestive problems. However, I had changed the day of our trip hoping to go at end of the week. They were very accommodating and changed our day, and were very nice when I called to cancel it finally.

Original cruise was cancels due to low sales. We then booked this cruise but on a smaller boat and it was also cancelled but they moved us to the Calypso which is bigger. We got mediocre seats with strangers even though there was other seating that we could have been not alone but seated forward inside of backwards. Luckily the other couple was pleasant and fun. Did get to see some whales which was a bonus. The drinks and food were ok at best! Luckily the view and whales saved the experience. Would probably not do this again!

Food was great, sunset was beautiful, and we saw hump back whales. Really enjoyed it. My husband enjoyed it also. Definitely recommend.

We were upgraded to the bigger boat, the Calapyso. They had assigned seating for dinner and the food was very good. We had a Caesar salad to start, bbq rib dinner with rice and veggies. The ribs were very tender and tasty. Dessert was a choice of chocolate cake or cheesecake, both very good. Open bar with non-alcoholic and alcoholic options to include mixed drinks, wine and beer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They educated us on surrounding islands and their history as well as looking for whales and dolphins. They played soothing Hawaiian music. It was a great evening with my husband and two teenage sons.
