The waterproof case they provided me was not waterproof and it ruined my phone. Water got into the case and it wouldn’t turn on. Luckily, it turned on later, but the camera was all foggy due to water damage, so all the photos I took were blurry :(. Tanya the hostess was a bit aggressive in her communication abd when I told her what happened. She shrugged it off saying iPhones are waterproof. Also, these are not natural hot springs. They’re man made. We spent a bit too much time swimming.

Marcos and Lalo were amazing! We heard stories and the history about the land on our way there and back. They gave perfect descriptions of the places we visited and kept us informed and checked throughout the day. Our driver was also exceptional. 10/10

The place is beautiful, our guide Daphne speaks english well, seem very nice when we first met her but during the tour when my husband & good friend got loss after the doing the zipline as her direction was not concise, was not very helpful in looking for them when she is supposedly more familiar with the place even when my friend stated in the phone that she is not feeling well already bec. she’s diabetic and the weather is very hot and feeling very hungry, she just keep talking to her in the phone on giving them directions when she know they are already lost, not until my friends husband stated he will try to find them, that’s when she ask the driver to go with him, when we stopped another food area to buy food that we could not understand each other with the sales lady due to language barrier, it took 3-4 times to call her before she came to interpret for us, we arrived the city at 9 pm, have ask if she can call us a uber as we are not familiar with the place and it is night time, she stated she is not allowed to call uber and just stated that there are taxes across the street. She is lazy, inconsiderate, doesn’t care at all. I would not recommend her as the tour guide.

This Mexican destination is a must-visit, boasting breathtaking hot springs and mesmerizing views. The true hidden gem, however, lies within the caves. These two sauna caves offer a profoundly relaxing experience with their natural warm waters. Unfortunately, our host's lack of attentiveness was disappointing. Rather than prioritizing our experience, they appeared more focused on their own comfort, even dozing off during the journey and at the caves. Despite having an English-speaking host, communication was hindered as they preferred Spanish. This diminished the overall experience, resulting in a less-than-perfect rating. Moreover, the transportation lacked comfort, with sporadic use of air conditioning and insufficient airflow to the back, making the journey uncomfortable.

Great time with Danny, our guide. It's a full day and a long ride. But it's worth it! The hot springs are super relaxing, the caves are mind blowing and the river is a great way to spend the afternoon.
