Stop At: Zaanse Schans, Schansend 1, 1509 AW Zaandam The Netherlands
You would expect to have following activities in our VIP tour at Zaanse Schans. you would have a private dutch cheese factory tour, to understand how to make cheese in the traditional way. You could taste more than 26 different types of cheese here. After that, we will take you to a private wooden shoes factory tour. You would watch a live demonstration of making wooden shoes by a traditional clog maker. After that you would have a private Royal Amsterdam Diamond tour, to know the history of diamond, and enjoy the diamond with 268 cuts. Of course you would have your own free time to get close to the windmills and take photos.

Stop At: Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm, Zeilenmakerspad 5, 1509 BZ Zaandam The Netherlands
This attraction is the first stop at Zaanse Schans. As described above, you would experience this old cheese farm/factory, to have a private tour of how to make traditional dutch cheese, get to know the history of this cheese farm, and cheese tasting with more than 26 different flavors.

Stop At: Kooijman Souvenirs & Clogs Wooden Shoe Workshop, Kraaienest 4, 1509 AZ Zaandam The Netherlands
At this attraction, you would expect to see a live demonstration of making wooden shoes by traditional clog makers, get to know the history of wooden shoes, and see different types of wooden shoes. You could have wooden shoes try-on here with different colors. Of course you can take as many photos as you want

Stop At: Afsluitdijk, Den Oever The Netherlands
Around noon, you would have a beautiful photo stop at Afsluitdijk, one of the most incrediable dike in the world. At this stop, you expect to know the story of building this great dike, sightseeing North sea and the biggest inner lake 'Ijselmeer' of Holland. 【Note:The monument stop is at the moment under renovation, observation tower is closed. You would have limited landscape. We have chosen an alternative stop, but keep in mind, the landscape is not as beautiful as before】
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Giethoorn, Giethoorn, Overijssel Province
In the afternoon, you would explore the ‘Little Venice’ of the Netherlands. You will enjoy about 4 hours here to explore the sights by yourself and your loved ones. we include 1 hour traditional boat cruise here. But if you want, you could drive boat by yourself, that would have more fun with your family or friends. Self boat ride will have an upgraded price (around 10 euro/person depends on seasons)

- Please be prepared and wait in front of your hotel before 5 minutes of arrival.
- We offer pick-up service for all the hotels in Ring A10, excluding north part of the river (Het IJ). Travelers can take free ferry bus to central station from north Amsterdam. We don't pick up from the airport area.
- One day before the tour, we will contact you about the arrival time of hotel pick up. We pick up between 8:00 - 9:00.

The tour was well organized and enjoyable, owing to our guide Leidse’s professionalism and humor. He related relevant history and other information about the sites we visited, and chose perfect backdrops for shooting photos with our phones for mementos we could take home. Throughout the day he looked after our comfort and safety and offered helpful tips regarding restaurants and shopping. We recommend this tour for a taste of Dutch history and culture.

The tour was really wonderful, It was hard for us to visit both Zaanse Schans and Giethoorn on the same day an this tour made it possible; Rainier, our guide was the best of the best; he shared with us tons of interesting information and had a great knowledge of the sites, besides his friendly and very nice personality; we really enjoyed him as our guide

We've booked the small group tour and it worth every penny. We would definitely recommend this tour. The destinations are amazing and the tour was well-organized. We had plenty of time to explore Zaanse Shanse and Giethoorn with our guide and on our own. We were lucky to have Leidse as our guide. He is a very knowledgeable, punctual, passionate and has a nice sense of humor. Overall, very interesting, informative trip and well-spent day!

Private mini bus tour with Leidse as our tour guide was a wonderful experience! He was full of energy and enthusiasm; he has excellent verbal communication; he takes care of you; makes it personal by always addressing you by name; and above all he is a gentle human being.
The tour was a memorable one with amazing sights. The windmills, the dijk and the Giethoorn village will be cherished for a long time.

The trip to Zanse Schaans, Afsluitdijk and Giethoorn was amazing! The landscape on the way to each is so beautiful, serene and green! Its a must do for those traveling Amsterdam or NL. Its such a nice experience to learn the Dutch culture and getting to experience it is like a cherry on the cake! While on the tour, I saw how cheese is made and got a chance to try amazing Dutch cheese and got to see how wooden Dutch Clogs are made and the walk around the Zaanse Schaans was amazing!
Geithoorn is so serene and beautiful, almost made me want to leave Canada and settle down there! This is a must for all travelers! If you dont see Giethoorn, you haven’t seen NL!
Leidse was our tour guide with K7 travels and he was amazing, so informative and so funny. He kept us entertained with his one liners and stories and gave a lot of insight about NL- the culture, history, geography etc!
He is really great and loved his company! If you book a tour with K7 Travel, please ask for

This was the best experience! We loved every part of the tour and it was such a fun exposure to parts of the country outside of Amsterdam. Our guide, Reinier, was a major reason for our amazing day. He taught us about the country and was so attentive and prepared. He had extra phone chargers, umbrellas, water, snacks, whatever we needed. He volunteered to take pictures, made sure we had as much time as we wanted at every stop, consistently checked in with us, took the time to get to know each of us, and made the whole day fun. He remembered all of our names and was very personable. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

What a beautiful day trip! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Our guide , Renier, was just great. He gave us plenty if information about the Netherlands and the places we visited without being too much or boring. He was so much fun and answered any questions we had.
The village with the cheese shop was really neat and we enjoyed everything there. The canal ride in Giethoon was simply amazing. Renier drove the boat and it was really great that we did the boat before lunch as the waterways were less busy.
We loved everything about this tour and especially the guide Renier. We would love to return to Amsterdam and have him as a guide again.
If you are considering this day trip- go on and book it now- you will not be disappointed.
