Itinerary
Located 60 minutes north of Brisbane, Mt Ngungun is a deservedly popular outdoor adventure destination. Here, you’ll meet your Pinnacle Guide in the morning for a quick lesson in abseil skills before walking into your first abseil site. Take a breather, whilst your guide sets up some atmospheric abseils at the lower cliffs.
Once you're comfortable on these abseils, walk up the trail to the upper cliffs where you'll be at the top of the 253m peak. Grab some lunch whilst taking in the stunning 360 views of the surrounding Glasshouses before heading down the 40m abseil into the forest below. From here your guide will walk you back out to your meeting point.
Our awesome guides are highly trained, fully accredited, and heaps of fun! They’ll teach you everything you need to know, as well as take care of the safety procedures and provide all the gear, including harness, helmet and all other technical equipment.
This is a unique adventure in a unique location, one we think you’ll find quite hard to forget!

What an incredible day, Mal our instructor/guide was amazing and made everyone feel confident and ready to take the plunge. The Glasshouse mountains was the perfect backdrop, even with the wind and some light rain. We will definately be back to do some more. It was thrilling, exciting and so much fun.

Scott was a wonderful guide! Confident, knowledgeable and easy going. As someone who is terrified of heights he gave me the confidence to give it a go! Couldn’t recommend him more!

We did this as a first time experience, wanting to try something different and conquer some fears. Our guide was Luke and he was very encouraging, knowledgeable, calm and talked us through. This is the best experience if you want to try something different and make your mind race.
