We had a great time using All Inclusive passes! If you're staying in Cancun, this is such a fun way to explore. Booking or showing up to attractions was very easy. We loved that you can walk up to many places on the fly, and others were very easy to reserve. Premium options are really good, plenty to pick from! This is a fun pass to use for families. Definitely recommend!

We used the all-inclusive 3 day pass to explore Cancun. We were able to do the Chichen Itza premium tour, tulum express, dinner cruise, aquarium, parasailing and sky wheel in the 3 days. Definitely worth it if you can pack a few activities within the days you have it. We had time for a couple others but decided to keep the schedule relaxed. A few notes: - All inclusive doesn't mean everything is included. For example, dock fees, life jackets, depending on the activities - We were treated as paying guest, not people using a coupon (pleasantly surprised) - Not all activities include pick up - For some activities that include pick up, they pick you up in a van and drop you off at the bus meeting point (can be a 30min to 1 hour wait) Safe Travels E

We had the BEST time in Cancun! Using the All-Inclusive pass enabled us to do more than we financially had planned if we hadn't have used the passes. Can highly recommend the street food tour and the Itza day trip. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Simply a terrible experience. We paid for the passes weeks ahead, and reserved spots well ahead of time on the tours that we planned. We arrived at just after 8 am for our 9 am Manatee Tour departure. Our passes would not activate. They said our passes were expired. We had not even started to use them. After an hour of the Dolphin Discovery managers trying to get the passes to be recognized I finally called City Pass (paying for international rates for the call), as the boat was ready to depart for the tour. I was told that I could get a refund, and then that I could get new passes sent. My daughter had her heart set on this tour so I paid as the last boat departed to do the tour. Then I got the new City passes emailed, I got them on the boat. I called and asked them to refund me the cost I paid for the tour that they were supposed to have paid for and they declined, stating my options were a refund for the pass. Absolutely unhelpful and ridiculous. Book through another company. They obviously don’t have their act together.

We got the 5-day all inclusive pass, and we got it at a discount through NEA because I am a retired teacher. The pass paid for itself in the activities we did. Neither my husband or I are into water sports, but there were still a lot of things we could do on the pass. We had no problems using it. We just showed the pass at places like the Big Sky wheel at La Isla and Xcaret. We went on an all-day tour of Coba' with swimming in a cenote and a buffet lunch. We had a romantic steak dinner cruise in the lagoon. We could have used the pass to go to Chicken Itza but it was closed while we were there due to protesters blocking the road. Some of the places required advanced reservations. The best way to use it is to download their list of included activities and look up the promising ones on the internet.

Best choice to Explore Cancun and the Yucatàn peninsula. I picked different Experiences, all of them very exciting and original. We went to Chichen Itza & Valladolid, where we had the opportunity to learn about the mexican culture, from history to food, from Maya ruins to the colonial town of Valladolid, with a spectacular stop in a cenote for a swim. We also took the Catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres, that offers an incredible 360* view on cancun Coast including a fascinating snorkeling Experience. (It’s so hot in Isla, so I suggest hat and sunblock for the excursion!) Since we were staying in Akumal, we slept one night in cancun and went for the tacos tour the day after. The tacos tour is truly amazing:, don’t miss this Experience! Also Coba tour with Cenote is a nice choice, the cenote was intimate and not touristic. Last day we organized a combo tour in tulum and playa del carmen. I would definitely recommend Go city for the quality and variety of experiences included in their pass: good organization of pick up, excellent food and kindness of all the staff.

If you ain’t staying at an all inclusive resort and wanna explore Cancun definitely jump on this pass! This way you don’t have to waste your day at a timeshare presentation for some freebies. I did a 3 day premium and chose the Extreme adventure. Please see my individual reviews for the activities I chose to do on this card. I did Extreme adventure, the isla Mujeres on the dolphin discovery ferry and the Columbus dinner at night so I only paid the dock fee once. I did the Cancun taco tour, and did the open bar at Congo for the club scene. I tried to do the Ferris wheel but the times on your App is wrong. It’s actually 2pm-10 pm on the week days. I felt like I got my $$ worth.

Worst company ever !!! I bought the 3 day pass. We tried to use it for xcaret and after paying $200 to get there they told us the pass is invalid. Then they Gave me a pick up time of 7:55 am and claim they came at 7:20 and waited 20 min and left. So I’m being charged for a pass I couldn’t use. Liars and theives very unprofessional never got back to emails until a month later and very rude. Don’t waste ur money

We did the 3 day all inclusive Cancun pass. We just got back and figured it up that we saved $455 using this pass vs if we would have done everything we did individually. We did a premium all day (Snorkel, ATV, Cenote, zipline) activity one day, did an all inclusive beach club on isla mujeres one day (we were staying on Isla and the trip left from Cancun but we were able to just go straight to the beach club), and the last day we did a snorkel activity, parasailed and did a food tour. Communication was excellent whether it was through email, phone or text. Pickup for the activites was easy. One thing to note is that a lot of the water activites have ADDITONAL FEES for the dock/reef that are not included with your pass.

we used this service a few years ago, lots more options then for activities and transportation offered. Now they are limited and the price they show is actually more than you can find online at the actual attraction. Depends on where you are staying also, most do not include transportation so read the fine print on the attraction, and you need to book in advance through email or what's app. (they are usually good at getting back to you) if your hotel is not in the region of pick up you cannot get a ride often or there is an extra fee. We rented a car to head to one major attraction and the pass did NOT work even after confirming the day before. The numbers wouldn't scan at XelHa. Spent an hour on the phone waiting and finally bought tickets as we had aready paid for transportation there. They refused to refund us and just said sorry for the inconvenience. The app is not up to date and the service people are not helpful after waiting long periods, misinformation is given by different people. Its very confusing. Also, many of the water activities do not run depending on the weather, and as it is a very windy area, at least 1/2 the time boats cannot go out. So those activities are not available on the day you want necessarily. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this pass, it is lots of personal booking and stress figuring out their system that sometimes does not work. You will spend hours figuring it all out and not really save much at all.
