GOLD COAST (OOL) INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL PROCEDURE All arriving passengers are to collect their luggage, clear through customs and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. Passengers are to wait inside the terminal under the Transit Centre Sign until a driver makes contact. Passengers are expected to actively look for the bus branded with Con-x-ion insignia and to keep an eye out for your driver who will be wearing a blue shirt and red Con-x-ion hat. If you require assistance, the Gold Coast Tourism Visitor Information Centre is located in the terminal opposite the car rental booths for assistance, otherwise please phone. Booking with Con-x-ion online was effortless. Our Con-x-ion shuttle driver, Albert, was outstanding. He had a wonderful personality and was very helpful with changing our reservations due to Customs clearance being very much quicker than anticipated. Shuttle van was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Con-x-ion for reliable and reasonably priced transfer.

Driver was a bit late but very nice and very efficient. Bags taken on board so they could be unloaded in the right order for the route planned.

Flight late, baggage collection delayed, bus driver rang me, talked us through how to find bus and took stress out of situation of holding up last bus of the night. A great service, good bus and pleasant trip right to the door of accommodation.

Excellent service from the Gold Coast airport to my hotel. My flight was delayed but Con-x-ion kindly moved me to a later bus to ensure I got to my destination. The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and provided some information en route. I use Con-x-ion on most trips to the Gold Coast as they are safe, efficient and reliable. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

This company is useless. The only correspondence we had was a receipt of the payment. This didn’t show any pick up times or place. I had to phone on arrival to see where and when we would be collected. There was no confirmation of time to be collected for our airport return and as I had booked for what I believed was 7.30am we went to the door at 7.10am to be sure. I was unable to track, I started tracking at 6.00am, it kept telling me to wait until 30 minutes before pick up time. By 8.30 still no shuttle. I had no phone so emailed bookings at around 8.00 am. Still waiting for a reply. Finally I found a phone to be told that by booking was 7.06am which means that the driver didn’t wait 4 minutes and no communication was made. We were told to find our own way to the airport which was by taxi and $82 dollars later. We made our boarding with 10 minutes to spare.
