From pick up at the hotel to getting on the flight, everything was professional. As for the Grand Canyon it’s one of the seven natural wonders of the world for a reason and we chose an incredible way to see it. When onboard you have headphones with historical commentary which also included a fly over the Hoover Dam and fascinating information about its building. Well worth the money, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Viator tour was wonderful. The flight was great; the plane was clean and well maintained, the pilot wonderful. We had a great view and perfect length of time. It was a highlight of our Vegas vacation.

Tour bus didn’t pick us up and then had to pay $100.00 for a taxi to the airport for the tour.
Plane journey was amazing but please look out for a firm called Papillon Helicopter Tours (red bus). Driver was too lazy to get out of his bus seat to ask us if we were going on the tour. Even though we were the only people at the pick up point.

I have used this companybefore and again have had no problems. All wentto plan and the hotel pick up works very well. The tour is excellent with the staff being great as well

Overall, it was a great way for us to see a bit of the Grand Canyon. Pick up from our hotel was seamless. It's about a 35-40 minute ride to Boulder City airport where the flight departs. There are some snacks and souvenirs at the airport. The staff was friendly and the check in went smoothly. Everyone has a window seat on the flight. We flew over Hoover dam and lake Mead. We were headsets and narration was provided in several different languages. The pilot and first officer were informative too. We consider doing the Grand Canyon trip by ground but That's a 12+ hour day so due to time constraints we chose the flight. I feel like we actually saw more of the western part of the canyon and more of the surrounding area from a bird's eye view. We were well pleased overall.

Great venture to the Grand Canyon. If you don’t hav days to drive and go physically to the canyon, this is a great way to sample it and see from an amazing perspective

The grand canyon tour itself was exceptional and highly worthwhile. Jay (our pilot) put us at ease and the scenery + trip was breath-taking.
The drive to the tour was very bumpy and unpleasant. The driver who took us to the airport was 'feathering' the gas-pedal the entire way, which makes the bus jerk continuously. I'd brought this issue up with the tour company, though haven't heard back as of yet.
The only other recommendation, would be to not opt for the digital photo that you can pay for at the end. If you do, you'll receive a file that's approx 500kb and very low-resolution (not suitable for uploading to any social media or even to use as a profile picture). I'd asked for a higher-quality copy, though also didn't hear anything back regarding this.
