The tour was great. Brandon is a wonderful tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, had a lot of patience and was always friendly. The lunch provided was good. Didn't know that dinner was extra, that is something they should put in the description. Otherwise everything else was great!

The only reasons I didn't rate it 5 was because of the legroom on the coach, which was tight and also the temperature on the coach because the aircon was struggling. But the tour was quality, in total spending 4hrs at the grand canyon. Laila the guide was very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. We took the guided tour. The food served up was very nice (breakfast and lunch), and the optional evening meal is well worth having. All in all a great trip to a world class natural wonder

The only reason I give 2 starts is because our tour guide was very nice, and the views of the gran canyon are amazing, breakfast was decent, but lunch was very simple not flavor at all. After you finish the tour you will have to wait to some people of the bus take diner at the tour people restaurant , that’s unbelievably and unnecessary as soon as the tour ends they should take you back to Vegas. You will lose about one hour waiting for the people.

The Canyon is breathtaking and the tour did a good job of covering the Canyon, Skywalk and Hoover Dam in a timely manner. There were many add ones, the tour guide offered breakfast, lunch and dinner that had to be paid and where not included, which is OK if you read the small print of the tour terms. Overall, very good. Entertaining tour guide.

The canyon was spectacular, and Kate was a lovely and informative guide. However, I wish we were just sold the tour in full instead of being hustled for an additional $20 for a "walking tour", which we were only informed about the night before and then again on the bus. If you do not purchase the "walking tour", you do not get to stay on the tour bus in the canyon itself and are told that you will have a worse experience because taking the shuttles will mean you arrive later to the skywalk and then have to wait. Walking tour implies to me that your tour guide takes you for a walk and imparts their knowledge (and Kate did indeed do that), however this "walking tour" is actually just a fee to continue on with your bus tour! Of course, everyone on our bus paid for the walking tour, but I have to wonder what would happen if people didn't. If we took significantly longer going at our own pace as it was suggested we would need to, the bus would inevitably have to wait for us at the end anyway? Insane. There were many optional extras when booking this tour initially, and I have to wonder why this was not one of them. I would have gladly paid an additional $20 for this trip at the time of booking to not have had the experience negatively impacted in this way. Surely the tour operators realise that every additional charge for international tourists incur not just the charge itself, but exchange rates and often international transaction fees, which could be minimised/avoided if paying initially bundled together. As it was, this charge impacted the amount of tip we were able to leave the lovely Kate, as we anticipated the walking tour to be optional, when truly it wasn't.

The trip began at 5:15 and we were dropped off at 7:15PM, 14 hours. The itinerary was good. The driver,Nelson, was a good driver and a very nice man. The 3 meals were adequate but overpriced a bit. The bus was comfortable. Brandon, the tour guide, wad enthusiastic. He spent almost as much time soliciting tips and favorable reviews as he did about explaining the sites. He gave good advice as to accessibility of various wants or needs at the stopping points.

The tour came right to my hotel and I ended up purchasing the upgrade for only 20 extra to stay with the bus the whole time and had the extra tour guide which was so good. It was a long day but really worth it. They also tried to get us in early ahead of the crowds. We had a separate guide Brandon who was funny and a great guide. Would recommend this tour.

Waste of money. First we ordered the optional breakfast which they stopped at a restaurant connected to Best Western. Food was poor quality. At this time they handed out the lunch order which given to us to hold onto until lunch which was several hours later. Which meant our lunches sat at inside bus temperatures. Why they didn’t have our lunches in a cooler to distribute later was beyond me. Then we were advised that if we wanted a guided tour it was an additional $20 per person. So when the bus arrived at the Grand Canyon, the tour guide had to separate us into three different groups. Each group was given poorly directions on where to go and what time to meet the bus. On top of all this, the tour guide was also translating in French to a small group of tourists. Going back and forth in different languages and addressing three groups of people was way too much. That’s where the instructions and directions got confusing. On the return trip to Las Vegas they stopped at the same restaurant for an optional dinner. Food quality very poor. This just delayed getting to Vegas which was still 45 minutes away. Grand Canyon was beautiful. I suggest renting a car for the day and touring on your own.

Informative information from Laila the tour guide. Plenty of time to take in the beauty of the canyon. Schedule was all on time from morning pickup to return to Vegas. Smooth riding double decker bus, and John our driver did a great job as well
