Local operation with very knowledgeable and wonderful people. We had a very memorable experience. They know the best spots to anchor. We had a wide age range on the boat, including a baby, and they were very accommodating to ensure everyone had an enjoyable time.

I’ve done excursions in the Bahamas twice, Aruba twice and Turks and Caicos. These guy were by far the best tour guides I’ve ever had. All were very knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun. We weren’t always with all the other tour boats bc these guys knew the best spots to view sea life and coral. They made even the most frightened in our group feel totally comfortable handling the sting rays and sea stars. I will definitely book another trip with them on my next visit. Thanks for a great day and awesome memories, guys!

Tour breakdown: shuttle from hotel, 30 min boat ride out to snorkel spot: they throw out a yellow tow rope and you are supposed to stay within that space behind the boat. You get 30 min. The day we went, waves were very choppy and many people chose to just stay on boat; we used lifejackets as flotation and managed to see some things but we were staying on 7mile beach oceanfront and I would say this was not as good as what was outside of our hotel. It was definitely more stressful. The guys on the boat were intentionally scaring a few individuals who said they were terrified of sharks and asked that they pls stop teasing. They didn’t. They also didn’t provide assistance getting up or down ladders that were unsteady (I cut my foot). 2nd stop: stingray city —they gather you into a circle and come around with a stingray for you to interact. It felt rushed & the guy grabbed my hand with the food and shoved it under when I wasn’t fast enough and the stingray bit me (I lost significant skin and blood) no apologies were given. I was given a bandage but no disinfectant or Neosporin. It was very chaotic here bc waves were pushing us everywhere and so even though there was more time (you get 30 min total), we didn’t feel like we could actually snorkel around (no one else did either). They did have a great camera they brought out and for $20 per position, will sell you the photos for your group. We received 100 photos for $40 (totally worth it! —about 16 were great!) We then went to starfish point and the crew was great here at making sure everyone was able to hold a starfish and had time. They told us 15 min but I think we ended up a little longer. The water wasn’t choppy here either bc it’s an inlet of sorts. The only thing which would have made this part better would have been if they brought the good camera out for photos here too. (Same desire for the snorkeling part —I would have happily paid for high quality photos of all of that). Getting out of water and back onto boat, they were pouring water on your head without warning and my daughter was so shocked, she almost fell off and back into water. If you’ve followed this long, you’ve caught that the running theme is lack of communication by crew —they appear to be mostly nice guys; the captain made several off color remarks about different people (asked a girl with vitiligo what was wrong with her skin, told my hubby who is black that he doesn’t get blacks on his boat typically because they don’t like to swim —weird bc 2 of his crew were also black); wanted to know if I had diabetes bc I was fat and if I’d been drinking bc the waves were so rough I was getting seasick (I don’t drink and don’t have diabetes) there are more but you get the gist). I would do the tour again but I will use Red Sail Sports or a private charter and pay a little more to have a better experience.

Very nice afternoon program with great scenery and people. Contrary to a lot of the other tours were the people were very packed on a small boat, this boat was perfect and very spacious. The crew were very friendly and funny and explained a lot of nice things about the islands and animal encounters. Especially the stingray encounter is fantastic.
