Itinerary
At the Soul Spa, we run 30 and 60-minute sound baths daily. The name 'sound bath' can be a little misleading as you don't get wet, you are simply 'bathed' in the wonderful sounds of the crystal bowls. Spend part of your day with us and you will feel restored in mind and body, and the wonderful thing is all you need to do is get comfortable and open your mind to absorb the words and sounds around you.
During your session you will lie on a recliner in our dedicated meditation space, the Quantum Field, and be taken through a guided relaxation. to release any anxieties so you can allow yourself to feel calmer, more self-assured and happier, and just when you think it can’t possibly get any better, you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls. Within the vibrations of the sounds, time will disappear, and you may encounter waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts…or maybe even just the most restful sleep you have ever experienced!

The Sound Bath was incredibly relaxing, and it really was time well spent. I left feeling calm and very chilled. I would definitely go again if the chance arises.

A great and relaxing experience. Will go again! Went with a friend for some relaxation and calm. It was fantastic and found it very comfortable.

Never been to a sound bath, wonderful experience, very soulful. I would recommend this experience to just find peace & harmony for an half hour. Truly wonderful.

We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink of water then shown into the room where sound bath would take place. It was a very calm and relaxed wait whilst waiting for other people who had booked. We were guided into our sound bath and then gently woken from it. Definitely a relaxing eye opening experience.

It’s 5 hours since I experienced the sound Bath and I still feel relaxed. It’s just near the Thermie spa but small personal and very calming. Just what you need during your lunch break, with friends or as a break from shopping. Highly recommend .
