Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours.
We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast.
Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced.
We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class.
Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso.

Because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our vegetable gardens and local suppliers and farms, the cooking class menu will vary according to the season and the availability of the products on the day of the class.
All guests, whether or not participating in the activities, will pay the class cost and must be over the age of 7 in order to access the venue (no children under 8).
Due to the presence of stairs and uneven and steep surfaces, this activity is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was one of the highlights of our time in Amalfi. Francesco was our guide and Hugo was our chef. We had learned so much about the makeup of the soil and how it affects the produce. However, after so much food and wine, I'm happy they did not quiz us. The group of ten people we were joined with quickly became a family of ten jointly preparing our enormous delicious luncheon. I highly recommend this tour for the laughs, food, wine, and views. We had an amazing experience with our cooking class at Amalfi Heaven Garden! The farm was amazing, the staff was so knowledgeable and the food was hands down the best we had during our entire Italian trip!
The farm we had our class on was a gorgeous and sustainable lesson in itself and the recipes were approachable ones that we’ll be cooking many times in the future. Mamma Rosetta and the rest of the staff were so personable and welcoming and elevated the day into a once in a lifetime experience.
I encourage anybody looking to truly experience Italian culture and the cuisine of the Amalfi area to book this class!

Booking this cooking experience was the best decision we made when planning our trip. After taking a walk through the scenic garden, you meet the chef and begin making appetizers. The view from the kitchen is so picturesque. The wine was flowing, as was the laughter and food. The vegetable appetizers, homemade pasta, and special dessert were all beyond delicious. I would 100% book this experience again. 11/10 rating.

This cooking class was by far the highlight of our trip! The staff and mama Rosa were incredible and lovely! They are informative and passionate about the organic ingredients as well as the Italian traditions. The lesson involves the participation of everyone while overlooking the beautiful and breathtaking views. The final step of tasting all the dishes prepared were simply delicious! If you come to amalfi, you will be missing out if you don’t partake in this experience. Better than you can imagine.

My wife and I did this to learn about the food and culture of the Amalfi Coast and the crew and experience far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we were greeted by Francesco it was all laughs, smiles, and wine and/or lemonciello! Francesco, Hugo, Alessandro, and Pepe were all extremely hospitable, knowledge on farming on the Amalfi, and wonderful chefs! They’re a family who’s been there forever. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Great for couples, friends, and siblings.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to learn, experience their culture, and most importantly have a BLAST. On second thought, you HAVE to do this when visiting. Great time!

This cooking class was absolutely perfect and by far our favorite day of our trip on the Amalfi coast! The chefs kept were super helpful when teaching us how to cook our starters and main gnocchi, all while keeping it super fun and lighthearted! The guides/assistants Rebecca and Francesco were absolutely incredible and made the day so much fun. Amazing personalities all around here, amazing food, and an unforgettable experience overall! Views were absolutely gorgeous as well ! Emailed the recipes right after the class and we can't wait to cook this back home!

Hands down the best cooking class we have ever done! The entire team was phenomenal. It was such a unique experience picking veggies in their garden. We loved that we made a ton of different dishes and got to enjoy everything family style. We would highly recommend doing this class during a trip to Amalfi. Come hungry and thirsty!
