This is one of the best tours I have taken in my lifetime! Our guide was an expert and filled our heads with knowledge. It was an all encompassing narrative that put us at the scene in history and into the mind of the creators of the paintings, buildings, city and time frame of Milan. We visited several locations and put down about 12K steps, so put on your walking shoes and prepare to be amazed with the beauty, creativity and skill of the early inhabitants of this beautiful city.

The Last Supper only allows groups to go in. So there were many groups waiting to go in. The representative for the group was front and center and easy to find. How the tour would work regarding tickets, lockers for fluids, when we would go in, etc. were thoroughly explained. The tour guide was knowledgeable and good.

Our guide Fedra was great. Interesting, kind and gentle, she knows every little detail about Milan, it's history and art. And she was funny too. Best guide in Italy. Grazie, Fedra!

Guide was late. Line was long. The "tour" was about 30 minutes inside the Duomo. €40. Glad to see the Medici Duomo. Total waste of money. If you want to truly "skip the line" wake up early and get there before the crowds. Oh, and save your €. This is a total rip - 32 people in our 'group' at €20 each is €640. Absolutely, positively not worth it.

This tour turned out to be a complete waste of time as the tour guide was only focused on giving a ton of details of the the art or architecture but did not make the tour interesting for the average person. Also he did not care to introduce himself or make an effort to know the group. He also did not care if someone was left behind or lost. Extremely bad experience.
