Kira was awesome. The vehicle was super clean spacious and comfortable. Fit my entire family and all our luggage. Kira was very responsive and communicated well. We used him going to Waikiki and back. He was very accommodating and I will definitely look for his service next year when I return.

Our shuttle is very tidy and on time ! A great $ value for party of five on a private SUV from and to the airport. Ken is an absolute helpful and a perfect guy ❤️❤️❤️

Picked up by Kira in a spacious clean vehicle. The pick up point for rideshares is on level 2 but relatively easy to find as instructions are provided. Have previously used the shuttle vans but glad we paid the little extra this time for the more friendly personal service and local information

Ken , driver who picked us up at the hnl airport was very responsive when we called due we landed early from our scheduled time. His text instruction was easy to follow and I like the image sent as it helps you to find the right spot of pick up location. We noticed that he did not interact with us the whole time. Though he drives carefully he was on headset talking to someone from the airport to Bamboo Waikiki hotel. Not sure if it was language barrier. But nonetheless he was courteous and caring as we have one senior with and he helped her go in and out of the suv . Oh by the way the suv was very clean ❤️

The driver texted us directions to the pickup location, he included pictures of the pickup area . When he arrived , he texted a photo of his vehicle so we knew which one was his. He was very courteous and friendly.

The drive contacted us the day before, giving us directions to the pick up point at the airport. He texted us with a photo of the meeting point and when he arrived he texted a photo of the vehicle. These small things made our pickup very easy. The driver was very friendly and courteous.

In time, informed (text with car plate nr and driver name), polite, pleasant. The dar was clean, spacious and fit all the traveling party.

Eric was our driver and he was amazing!!! Great deal highly recommend. Every else charged by person this was a flat rate and private transfer. Best way to go we had a family of five with a lot of luggage and we rode comfortably
