Vincent was amazing. He text us the day before. Our flight was 30min early and he was there waiting for at baggage claim. He let us know what he was wearing so we could find him.
It was an excitement to get a lei upon arrival. An experience everyone should enjoy at least once.
He was very patient as our bags took a lil bit of time to come. He was very helpful with our luggage.
The ride was great, he was very social and made the ride pleasant and shared some knowledge of the area. Mahalo.

We just finished our tour of Oahu and had a great time, Ryan our Driver, friend and comedian yes he had us all laughing while telling us about the Island, we even got into depth regarding pineapples...inside joke for Ryan, we highly recommend Pineapple Express Tours ask for Ryan if you can, by the time we were all done all 13 of us were all friends...enjoy, you can't go wrong.

Alena was waiting for us at the baggage claim. She lugged all our luggage for us and even dropped my husband off close to the rental car place. She was very nice and got is to our hotel safely

Awful company. I was told the driver would be at baggage claims according to our flight arrival time. Flight was originally landing at 2:03. I booked for 3pm and messaged the company asking which time I should go for 2 or 3. They said it didn’t matter because they had our flight information. Okay-that’s great I thought. Once we landed, I messaged the company saying we were early and at baggage claim. My mom and I waited probably 40-45 minutes for our driver. When he came, baggage claim already had the next flights luggage out. My name sign was rolled up and the leis were in a plastic baggie. After a 12 hr flight, this was just disgusting. I paid $100 for the experience and personalization. I even asked to cancel and the company ignored my messages. I wish I just booked an Uber or went with another company. I even requested a refund from Vitor and the company lied and said the driver was 50 minutes early. They refused any refund for the botched pickup. Viator sided with the company.
Take my awful experience and DO NOT waste your money. Go with Johnny Taxi Service. We used him for the travel back and he was amazing and only $40.

We used this for both from the airport and back to the airport at the end of our vacation. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything! Both ways, the driver was prompt and friendly. I will definitely use them again if we return to Hawaii!

Our driver Jackie was great! We were so appreciative of his patience when our flight was delayed. He gave fantastic directions on where to meet him, and some good tips of things to do while we were here.
