One person of our team will contact you to give you the time and more details of the pickup process one day before your balloon flight. THE PICKUP TIME BEGINS AT 4:00 AM.
The transportation service only applies from Mexico City Hotels located at Touristic Areas. It does not apply from particular residences or Airbnb and/or similar services. The transportation service is shared, subject to schedules and restrictions.
In case you select the option without transportation and want to arrive by your own car, the appointment will be at Globopuerto Volare in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico, at the designated time.

Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Amazing experience, strongly recommend it! The whole process was very enjoyable and smooth. From picking you up at your hotel and taking you back to your hotel. Just be patient with the traffic in Mexico City it’s horrendous.

The experience was incredible! I highly recommend doing the tour as it is well organized and very well planned. If you plan on visiting the pyramids after the hot air balloon, there are guides to walk you through and give you a brief background on the history as well as some interesting facts. This is an additional cost, but I also highly recommend this unless you are familiar with the area and confident in exploring on your own in the short amount of time.

It was a joyous ride in celebrating our 38th Wedding Anniversary. The flight was very smooth and fun. The balloon operator did an awesome job. Great experience!

If this isn’t a magical experience for you, it’s not this company’s fault. Not cheap but it’s still hard to imagine how they make money considering all that goes in to the experience. Bravo.

Super early and the pick up was a bit lacking in detail. However, once your one the bus, it’s easy. The balloon ride was an amazing experience. They have different size balloons so your group will range in size from 6-12 people. The group I had was amazing and chill. Everyone was helping each other taking pictures. The balloon tour guide was great. The bus then gave us breakfast and then drove us to the pyramids. We took another tour and the people drove us back dropping us off at the hotel. Overall, it was a 9-10 hour event if you book the additional time.

The ride was just amazing! It was our first time in hot air balloon and we enjoyed every moment of it . We were a group of 12 and even though we had separate reservation, they put us all in one. From the part where they inflate the balloons, take off and the landing - it was just so amazing! Juan was our pilot and he was excellent. The landing was so smooth and safe! It is just so peaceful in the balloon - for occasional bursts of propane. We took the option for visiting the ruins. We took a guided tour ( not part of this) and we were dropped off at our hotel. Had a nice nap in the bus back. If you haven’t done a ballon tide - please do - you won’t regret!

Excellent work experience! Worth every penny. Dress in layer. Take a good camera and make sure you have a safety strap on your phone. Dropping it was my fear

AMAZING !! this is a very professional establishment and they go out of there way to create an experience for their customers. They have a great spirit of service and it is clearly shown !!
the pick up in the morning is flawless, the trip there is a little bumpy so I recommend taking any medicine if needed. When you get there everything is scheduled and all you need to do is follow the signs and the individual giving instructions. Everything is in English as well as Spanish and there is absolutely no confusion !!
Be mindful that on the way back, the trip might be longer than anticipated. CDMX has heavy traffic and it is out of the company’s control. Be patient and bring a little snack because it could be longer.
Loved this experience and would recommend it to anyone!!
