This was truly a once in a lifetime trip and worth the money. It does make for a long day though. We were actually gone almost 14 hours because we had to wait on people who were not on time returning to the bus and we had to reroute due to streets that were blocked. We also had another group that went part way with us. We had to drop them off and pick them up at the end which seemed like a waste of time for the rest of us. We were tired and ready to get home. Our guide was really friendly and spoken several languages but she was sometimes hard to understand. Overall it was a very good experience.

We joined the tour In Interlaken for the Jungfrau Top of Europe tour. The guides were experienced, the transfers were seamless which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. We learned so much about this beautiful area and the experience of being on Too of Europe was second to none. Just take this tour you won’t regret it.

The Jungfrau is unarguably a spectacularly beautiful and magnificent natural wonder, but the facilitated bombardment of the place by hordes of truly uncivilised and uncaring tourists in seriously excessive numbers is clearly destroying the experience in a huge way. Get the numbers right down and demand more civilised, respectful and cooperative behaviour from those who do come. I should also add, this is not a localised problem, but a growing world-wide trend. Wake up proprietors of facilities; wake up to yourselves your companies. And you wake up big-time pig ignorant tourists. All of you, learn to respect the sensitivity of the places you are seeking to exploit or experience,

This trip was very nice. It is a very long day from Zurich, but worth the views. Some of the transportation provides really amazing views. There were a lot of people at the top of Jungfraujoch, but we were able to see everything we wanted.

An excellent coordinated trip with an excellent guide . Trip was bit lengthy tough and one more tea coffee break in evening would have been ideal

Our guides and driver were wonderful. Jungfrau was utterly incredible, and it was a true privilege to experience the natural wonder (although it was a bit too crowded). Our only substantive complaint was that when we made stops that allowed us to use the WC, two locations in a row had inoperable ladies' facilities. Otherwise, the tour was amazing and well worth the money.

This trip was a once in life time trip that I took with my daughter and friends. We thoroughly enjoy viewing the Swiss alps and the different towns leading up to the alps. Zurich is a very quaint and fun city. I look forward to hopefully coming back for a longer visit.

Definitely worth the money we paid. This is a long tour... pick up at 8am and drop off at approximately 8pm but the journey up into the Alps is simply spectacular. Regular breaks for bathroom and souvenir shopping if needed. Very little walking involved if you have some mobility challenges. We were very lucky and had amazing weather and visibility. The only downside is that although our guide was very knowledgeable and organised she spent a lot of the bus journey giving us personal opinions about everything from Swiss banks to Chinese spies to her opinions about females should not be wrestlers or cows not needing their horns cut off. When you're travelling on a coach for many hours that many opinions can get draining and we welcomed the quiet journey back to Zurich. Ultimately these small issues did not take much away from the experience and the scenery we witnessed. Worth the money!
