Your friendly guide will come to pick you at your centrally located hotel in Seoul in the pointed schedule. After all guests are collected, you will be transfer directly to DMZ.

Get out at Imjingak Park along the banks of Imjin River to see artillery and war artifacts that were used during the Korean conflict before proceeding to Freedom bridge, where nearly 13,000 Korean POWs crossed on their return back home to South Korea.

DMZ Theater & Exhibition Hall
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: The Third Tunnel, Nosang-ri, Jangdan-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi-do 10800 South Korea
Reboard the coach and head to the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, located beneath the border of North Korea and South Korea. See where the South Koreans have blocked the actual Military Demarcation Line with concrete barricades, and browse photographs and war artifacts at the DMZ exhibition hall.

Stop At: Dorasan Station, 307, Huimang-ro, Jangdan-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi-do 10800 South Korea
Continue by coach to Dorasan Station, a historic spot that not only marks the division, but also serves as a gateway for exchanges between the north and south.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Dora Observatory, Jeomwon-ri, Gunnae-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi-do 413-920 South Korea
Your next stop is Dora Observatory, where you can use binoculars to get a glimpse of North Korea. Listen to your guide explain daily life in the village of Kijongdong across the river.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Tongilchon-gil, Gunnae-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Stop by the Unification Village, a small farming community that specialized in creating soybean milk, traditional soy sauce and corn goods.
Duration: 15 minutes
Pass By: Seoul City Hall, 31 Taepyeongno 1-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul South Korea
After a half-day DMZ tour, you will be dropped off at City Hall Station.

We only pick up all travelers from the central Seoul area located hotels.
Depending on your hotel location, meeting time is all different. So, you MUST confirm the exact meeting place and meeting time with the local tour operator.
If you stay in Airbnb or a local residential area, please let us know your accommodation name (with address). Then, we will arrange a meeting place for you.

** For the last-minute booking (12 hours prior to the tour start), please also meet up at Hongik Univ. Subway Station exit no 3 directly as we are not able to make hotel pick up arrangements for you. Please call us to get the exact meeting time.
** Incheon is not available for pick up (It is not in Seoul)
** In case of the DMZ+suspension bridge option, pick up is only available at Myeongdong subway station exit no 9 at AM 07:30 & Hongik Univ. Station Exit no 3 at AM 08:00

This tour should not be recommended.. a waste of time visiting the suspension bridge and especially the underground tunnel.. this tour should concentrate in visiting the observation deck only. Should last a max of 4:00.

If you get Katie as your tour guide, you are in good hands. So lucky today to have Katie. Out of my 4 tours in Korea, Katie is the best. She was so attentive and so enthusiastic about her job. She shared interesting stories and personal experiences regarding the places of attraction. Even my parents, who are not interested in history, were engaged by her tour and even told me to leave good praise for Katie. Katie was always energetic and jovial even when climbing steep slopes. She offered the best service — taking pictures for guests, focusing the binoculars at the observatory deck, recommending the best way to enjoy the itinerary, etc. Yes, so if Katie is your tour guide, you are very very lucky! 100/10 experience.

Super interesting tour with a great guide Katie. Clear recommendation as you learn a lot about Korean history and culture. The views on North Korea from the observatory were my personal highlight.

It was a unique opportunity to actually be in the DMZ. The program was also very well designed and the trip was so easy, but the best part was the tour guide! Yujeong is an outstanding guide who is very informative and fun with positive energy. She made the tour so special and exceptional!
