As a frequent flyer, I’ve visited many plaza premium lounge around Malaysia. Certainly, langkawi’s is the best I’d been!
Unfortunately it’s full when I first arrived. Rozilah and Irfan apologized to me and I understood the situation. As there’re also MAS business class guests using the space, it’s very tricky to meet everyone’s expectation.
This lounge though is small, the food selection and quality is superb! Thanks to chef Anas and his assistants - Mira and Rosniza!
I sort of have the feeling that the team potential has been limited and they deserve to be given the chance to manage a bigger space. I hope the management of PPM has the chance to see this, the team is your valuable asset!

Excellent airport lounge, clean and tidy. Food offering was vast, we didn’t try the hot food but the laksa smelled so good. Alcohol wise only beer was available but considering the religion of the country this was adequate.

The staff were awesome here and so helpful . The best part was the Laska the chef made fantastic and plenty of it - he even gave us shrimp paste sample to take with us . The staff and friendly demeanour was great and a huge contrast to the poor grumpy Malaysian Airlines check in staff . Thankyou

Very small lounge. Terrible smell. Reception personnel very unprofessional. The lady was making a personal call on speaker and she is extremely loud the whole time. And she is very sick yet refrains from wearing a mask. The gentleman who received us took so much time just to check us in. Overall it’s not a lounge, basically a waiting area

Environment was nice and cozy. Food choice limited and not buffet style, but boy the pasta was absolutely FANTASTIC! Probably one of the best pasta I had ever taste. A MUST ORDER.

Friendly staff and really taking care on you. Anything just request and them really helpful. Lunch and dinner serve based on the menu like chicken rice, tom yam mihun and etc. The portion is small perhaps half of the normal portion. It has sandwich and cut watermelon. Thank you for the accommodation. I get complimentary access by Public Bank Visa Signature (2 times per year). However, shower is still not available and closed. Toilet cleanliness can be improve better.
