Lisbon to Porto Up to 3 Stops: Óbidos, Nazaré or Fátima, Aveiro

We loved this trip!! Jose was the perfect guide; personable, professional, knowledgeable and fun. The new Mercedes van was spiffy and clean. We visited Obidos, Navare and Aveiro and each location had a distinct character and vibe. Jose gave us plenty of time to explore each place (walking the ramparts in Obidos, exploring the windswept Sitio above Nazare, and wandering the streets of Aveiro) and was always ready to pick us up as soon as we were ready. He suggested local sweets to try, provided insights about the local economy, and added in a drive through pretty Costa Nova). When we arrived in Porto, he brought us up to the lookout on Gaia at the Dom Luis Bridge so we could see the beautiful city. And even after he dropped us off at our airbnb, he messaged with some dining recommendations. Truly a wonderful host and guide. Obrigada Jose! I hope we meet again sometime! Trish

Wilson was a wonderful driver/ tour guide. He made a long day very fun. We stopped at 3 different places and he steered us to all the highlights of each place. It was a great way to travel between cities.

What a great trip we had today. It was raining but we made the best of it and still had fun. Our tour guide was Joao he was so knowledgeable and took good care of us! Thanks, Joao!!!

Obidos is a must! We stopped in Nazare for an amazing lunch. This was a wonderful trip. So glad we opted to stop along the way instead of straight from Lisbon to Porto! A perfect full day! Highly recommend

We had a great private tour with João from Lisbon to Porto. We visited Obidos, Nazare, and Fatima. João was an excellent and informative tour guide that gave us the freedom to do what we wanted to do! We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I would highly recommend this three stop tour!

João drove us from Lisbon to Porto. Although it was a rainy day, João made it a great experience for us with a lot of activity. In Sintra, we walked all the way up the hill through the gardens to see the Pena palace. We walked up and down the narrow streets in Óbidos, and walked along street with all of the striped houses in Aveiro. João was a wonderful tour guide, with an incredible knowledge of the local history. The tour was a much better experience compared to the train from Lisbon to Porto, even if it was rainy!

Four of us spent a wonderful day traveling with our guide, João Jesus. He walked with us through Obidos and Aveiro providing us detailed background on what we were seeing as well as how it tied to the Overall history of Portugal. He recommended a wonderful local restaurant in Aveiro and we topped off our trip with a breathtaking view of Porto. João seemed to go the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable day. Our van was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults and our luggage. Highly recommend.

Four of us scheduled a transfer with 2 stops from Lisbon to Porto. Scheduling and details of the pickup time and location were all great and questions were answered almost immediately. We were picketed up in a very clean and comfortable van with plenty of room for 4 and our luggage. Our guide, João Jesus, was delightful and ensured we not only got to Porto but that we had a wonderful day along the way. He walked with us throughout ours stops in Obidos and Aviero, providing a wealth of knowledge on what we were touring as well as how it tied into the overall history of Portugal. He recommended a great local restaurant for lunch in Aviero. In arrival in Porto he took us to a high point overlooking the town and Douro river and then dropped us at our hotel. A perfect day of adventure and great way to move between cities. Highly recommend the company Meridan4thepeople and our guide João Jesus.

Navare esp seeing the waves and enjoying a fabulous lunch (arranged by our guide, Wilson). We enjoyed chatting with Wilson-he did a great job. Answered our questions, made recommendations, drove safely.
