Free if you have Priority Pass! Its super nice inside and wanted to stay longer! Location: it is located in 2nd floor of Mactan Airport, the interior is big with lot of seatings. Modern vibes at its finest. They have also individual pods that has little bit of privacy. The bathroom is huge and clean! Service: they are nice. They are not like the other lounge that ignores you. They assist you on your flights! Food: This is the best here! The food here is amazing! Most of them are Filipino foods. They have pancit and pork humba! I came back multiple times because its soo good! Definitely will come here if I visited Mactan Airport again! Very comfortable and the food was great!

Travelling with Emirate CEB - DXB who use this lounge in Cebu Well appointed space which whilst busy never feels crowded Great apron views and I was able watch our 777 land and the aircraft taxi to the gate a few metres away. Good food options with a chef in the kitchen area What makes this lounge are the very attentive and friendly staff

Given the size of Cebu airport, the Plaza Premium lounge is shared across a number of airlines and programs. I was given access on behalf of Cathay Pacific. The decor of the lounge is modern and clean, with a good array of lounge chairs and pods to relax in. Despite being widely shared, the lounge was not crowded, and there was ample seating available. Service was adequate, and admittance to the lounge was smooth. The food and beverage selection is poor, with no self serve drinks, and only beer and wine available at the bar. The white wine is of higher quality than the red, but neither are of particularly good. The majority of the food was cold, having been left out for some time. This made it unenjoyable. The pasta station was the exception, and did serve hot food, but was so limited in its options it was almost pointless. Dessert consisted solely of carrot cake, which was very good, and is undoubtedly the highlight of the F&B offering.

Don’t waste your money. Better to eat at any of the restaurants upstairs in the pre-departure area. Food is not worth the cost and no pastry. Drink selections just 3 kinds of Soda + a juice made from instant powder.

This is a Business Class Lounge? You could have fooled me. The Bar is almost bereft of spirits and wine. They had 1 white wine, which was so poor it would qualify for welfare in Detroit. Wifi was adequate. Nice view of my Emirates plane, which I was clawing at the window to get on!

Nice lounge. Not luxurious but very pleasant Food good. Not a huge selection but enough for every taste Drinks good. Service adequate. Could use an update. Airport not huge. So lounge accessible to flights.

The food is not remarkable , especially the desserts . The main course is not appetizing and there was not enough variety . The staff are okay and the lounge itself is fine .

Some female staffs at the counters have very bad attitude . I approached to counter to confirm about my flights boarding time but no one answered first and I asked second time again then one female staffs said "we do not know " they even didnt check computer . Even more , one female staff glare at me with very upset face. I only asked one simple question when they were chatting and talking by themselves. The food was bad too. The coffee machin was out of order so I asked one male server whether they provide any coffee like instant in English but he replied me tagalog so I told him that I don't speak tagalog but he kept talking in tagalog which I didn't understand. Then I asked again do u have coffee? Finally he replied me No' . he made a instant coffee to give other customers. When I left from the lounge the desk staffs only greet to male guest who walked out with me in the same time. "Thank U Sir" Top worst attitude airport lounge staffs I ever experience.

I used Plaza Premium Lounge twice last month and have maintained the same review. While the decor is much better, there are more seats, and the view to the tarmac is also an improvement over its previous location, the kitchen service and food quality have gone down drastically. The entire menu on both visits didn't make a lot of sense to me, as it felt like they were trying to cater to different users (although the made to order section pretty much set them to favor the Chinese visitors). In the previous location, the kitchen staff were very keenly in tune to the customers... now, i barely saw them and when I did, they were sullen and dismissive... and chatty with their colleagues... it was as if we were interrupting them from their more important chats. Next time I'll fly to Cebu, I will bring my own snacks and coffee and just lounge here. I'll probably have better time.
