Our tour guide, Marcus, was very accommodating and nice! Picked up right from the West Bay Club. About eight two person kayaks were hauled out to the Mangrove area. We didn't see a lot of sea life. Loved the exercise of working the Kayak and the water was beautiful. Cons are the kayaks themselves. Two were taking on water. My husband was practically laying down in the back of the kayak--killed his back. They could use some upgraded equipment.

Great trip, expensive but well worth it. Great guide and very informative. Took good care of us from a safety point of view and saw loads of sea life.

This tour was awesome. Our guide Daniel was able to point out all sorts of marine life including sea turtles, sharks, baracudas, conch, & snapper! Would definitely do this again.

We have little experiencing kayaking, been before but many years ago. We found we were the weakest of the group and so fell behind quite a few times. Then towards the end he realised there was a problem with our kayak making the steering unbalanced, which hadn’t helped. Not really the guide’s fault, just be aware they don’t go at the speed of the slowest people. Saw loads - lots of turtles and a couple of sharks, as well as a puffer fish. Take a dry carrier for your phone unless it’s waterproof

Did this tour this morning, and really enjoyed it - enough exercise to feel like you worked off breakfast, but slow enough pace to actually see things! Our guide, “Cheese” was great - funny and entertaining, but smart, and easy to understand. Very knowledgeable about marine life, as well as history and economic aspects of TCI ( it’s exploding with tourism and development, so see it now!) Cheese pointed out lemon sharks, turtles, sting rays, iguanas, jellyfish, and and any other marine life we saw. Only thing I would say is that it’s not really meant for solo travelers - all the kayaks are doubles, so unless ur willing to paddle with a stranger (who might be a complete novice), or with the guide, it’s best to take a buddy along. I highly recommend this tour when you visit Caicos Island.

Gorgeous scenery. Mangrove was a great way to experience the fauna of Turks and Caicos. Literally had sea turtles and baby lemon sharks under our clear kayak. Our tour guide even caught conch for us to see. Great guide and even better scenery. Highly recommend

We had scheduled our tour, and the morning of it ended up getting canceled because of rough water conditions, but they were happy to reschedule! Jean, our guide, was great! He taught us a lot about the mangroves and wildlife of the area. We had lots of fun, but the best part was definitely seeing the turtles!

Unfortunately tour was canceled due to weather, but the tour company failed to notify us of cancellation. We waited 45 minutes at pick up location no one answered phone or messages as we tried to find out status of tour.

Out trip got canceled due to strong winds. Other local companies were still taking people unto really choppy water. It really didn't look safe. We contacted our tour guide over the phone. He strongly urged us not to participate with the other companies due to high wind. They promptly returned our money with no delay. We will never book with anyone else again. They are very professional and very helpful and seem to have your back. We hate to deal with the locals because they come on very strong and are relentless..they are very friendly if you do what they want...but aggressive when you don't. With local companies (not associated with Viator), once you pay you have no recourse to get yor money back if you need to cancel. It happened to us in Dominican Republic. Viator is the way to adventure!!!❤️❤️
