They canceled at the last minute and could not refund my money in time to book another tour. When I called for assistance they were rude to me

Great show, history/story and presentation by all the performers, including fire dancers. Food was good and the menu selection was great for picky eaters which was appealing to us when we booked. Drinks were good, service was excellent.
Check in was a little confusing because the signage wasn’t noticeable but greeters were pleasant. Lei’s for VIP package are basic leis, no frills but still pretty.
We were seated with our backs to the sunset, but I didn’t pay for a sunset, I paid for the food and the performers, so although it didn’t bother me, I heard others questioning the position of the seating and stage area.
I felt the price was right and will definitely book again in the future.

We had a great time at the Gilligan's Island luau. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a great location facing the golf course with plenty of convenient free parking available. The food and drinks were amazing. Seating and buffet were well organized so we didn't have to stand up and walk around during the show. The show started on time with the beautiful sunset. Music was great and hula dancers were out of this world. The show host was very interactive with the audience so we were never bored.
I really appreciate the fact that they well planned the fire show by moving the audience from VIP section to the open area so everybody could enjoy the show safely without blocking view for the non-VIP section. I would definitely go back again.

Great night. Food was excellent and the entertainment was superb. The best Pacific Island show we've seen. Seating was a little crowded.

I didn’t like the fact that the costumes were all old and holy. The one guy had a hole in his crotch. Don’t think that was appropriate, and the girl had like moth holes on the back of her dress. If you’re gonna have performances, I think you should always take pride in the costume I’m Native American and we always take pride in our regalia And also, you know you have us upfront to see things upfront and you have to get up and move. That was a little bit not good

Luau was great! Food was just ok and was annoyed that our original date was cancelled by you all so our rescheduled night we had the worst seats in the house

I did not expect something that good. The show was intimate, informative and beautiful. Every dancer and the MC had their heart into it and gave a stunning performance . The food was also good.

The luau was amazing the food was buffet style but delicious not like most buffets that throw massive amounts of food and think quantity is all people care about they make sure the food actually taste good. The show was great funny, informative, creative, and exciting.

The show was fantastic. The variety of acts performed and the level of professionalism was truly outstanding. The food was terrible. In initial group going thru line and rice already cold. Vegetables undercooked and also cold. Other entrees were just warm.
