This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Milford Sound, Te Anau, Fiordland National Park 9679 New Zealand
You will partake in a weather check an hour before the departure flight time. Flights are subject to weather conditions, if the weather is suitable you will be picked up from your hotel approximately 5-minutes after the call. You can opt to self-drive to the hangar as well if you’d like.
Once checked in at the office you will depart on one of the aircrafts where everyone gets a window seat. The flight is a 40-minute scenic flight with majestic views of the mountains, lakes and fiords of the Fiordland National Park.
Stop At: Mitre Peak Cruises, Milford Sound Visitor Centre, Milford Sound 9679 New Zealand
Upon reaching Milford Sound you will be taken to meet the boat cruise, a two hour full length cruise of Milford Sound. If you order our Picnic Lunch option you will be given this as you board the boat.

Upon completion of the cruise you will be flown back to Queenstown on a different flight path to the way in.

Hotel pick-up commences from 5mins after the weather check time for your flight.

You will need to call 1hr 15mins before the departure time you have booked for. If the weather is suitable you will be picked up from your hotel approximately 5 minutes after the call.
Infants are classed as 11kgs or under. If they are over this weight, they will be classed as a child due to infant seatbelt weight limit restrictions. They will have to be charged a child price on the day if weights and are over the 11kg limit.
Not recommended for pregnant travellers 36 weeks or more into their pregnancy

Amazing views as we flew over the mountains. Informative chat about the area as we made our way to Milford Sound. Returning to Queenstown we took a different route which was great.

These guys will only fly if there is no rain, wind or clouds. Makes sense as your safety is most important, but also the views won't be optimal. The problem is this means the majority of their flights are cancelled and they only make a decision 1.5 hour before the trip which completely screws your plans, especially if cancelled over multiple days. When the forecast is obviously for bad weather, why not make the cancellation call in advance so your customers can make other plans? I've been booked onto 4 flights now with these guys over the years and not made a single one. My advice is take the coach and boat cruise if you really want to see the Sound otherwise you risk ruining your own holiday.

Highly recommend this company for your breathtaking trip to Milford Sound. Our trip Sunday April 14th was my first time ever flying in a Cessna airplane. Libby was a great pilot and I instantly felt safe and in good hands. We had an amazing turbulent-free ride to Milford Sound, and a smooth take-off and landing.
Every aspect of this flight / cruise went flawlessly. On time, friendly and organized. The cruise was so much fun and the waterfalls were so big they didn’t look real. We saw dolphins, baby seals and turtles. It was also suggested to pack a lunch/take food and I understand why. There is only a vending machine in the visitor center and on the boat, hot water, coffee and tea was available. Take this trip & thank me later! Highlight of our trip to Queenstown.

Was an amazing trip. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather. Our pilot was great and the scenery so fantastic. The cruise part was brilliant and got to see an amazing sights.

Fantastic experience !! Libby our pilot was so amazing. The whole fly, cruise, fly trip was seamless.
We only had a few days in Queenstown, but wanted to experience Milford Sounds. Would recommend this way of travel.
