From the AIRPORT to the HOTEL: After you have already passed the Customs and Baggage claim areas, you meet our driver inside the Airport, at the Disembark area. The driver is holding a sign with your name on it. The driver waits up to 1 hour after the arrival of your flight.
From the CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL to the HOTEL: After you leave your ship, you meet our driver right in front of the Terminal, at the outside area. The driver is holding a sign with your name on it. The driver waits up to 1 hour after the arrival of your Cruise Ship.
From the HOTEL to the AIRPORT: At the Hotel, the driver is waiting for you at the Hotel lobby. The driver waits up to 30min after the time scheduled for pickup. For international flights, the pickup is 4 hours before the take-off. For domestic flights, it is 3 hours before.
Keep in mind that our driver checks the flight panel regarding delays and arrivals as reference in order to show up at the correct time of the landing of your flight.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide us the correct flight details
You must inform us the airline company, flight number and expected arrival/ departure time.
If the airline company and flight number details do not match the expected time of arrival/ departure, our driver will keep the airline company and flight information as reference.
If the airline company and flight number do not exist or apply to a flight that has no routes to Rio de Janeiro on the day of the transfer, our driver will keep the time scheduled information as reference.

Nice young man. Traffic was really bad but he was patient. Vehicle was not as pictured but be manage to get 4 large pieces of luggage and 2 smalll pieces.

We travel with a folding power wheelchair and were concerned that the vehicle provided would not accommodate us. Our driver met us, escorted us to his waiting vehicle that was clean, roomy and air conditioned. He took us directly to our hotel. Everything was just as promised.

The most memorable experience was the wait and not getting what I ordered and paid for, a van! After arrival, we were met by a not so nice lady representative of your company that led us outside the airport where we waited. What arrived to take all four of us with 8 suite cases to the hotel was a small SUV. After waiting over an hour, we finall got two small SUVs to take each couple with suitcases to the hotel. The lady kept making different excuses about the van. The lady never apologized or tried to make us feel welcomed in to your counrty. I would not recommend your company to anyone! I would also suggest you get more expierenced personnel to meet and greet people who use your service! I know I will not use your service again until we all get restitution! We had a good driver who brought us to the hotel safely. He does not speak English and we do not speak Portuguese but we used our phones to communicate with each orher.

We do NOT recommend. We had a confirmed booking for 4 in Van/SUV. We were STUFFED into a small cab , luggage on the roof and in our laps. Then delivered to the wrong hotel way out of the way from correct hotel! Total disaster!

The person who met us did not speak english very well. She was handling several groups at once. After an unexpected wait, we were escorted en masses to a pick up area. Not what we expected.
