Too many details missing from original booking. Unsanitary conditions - people should not be walking barefoot on the same floor with filth and with people that have visible open sores. Poor weather conditions are not their fault and I understand that that they Can’t be blamed for what mother nature does, but if people are literally not getting what they paid for i.e. the name of the product being sunset boat ride, they should be offering partial refunds But you can’t get anybody to see the logic behind that and they pretty much force you to go against your better judgment or take the loss. That’s not how business should be ran.
I am absolutely no interest in ever coming back to Oahu, or Hawaii in general and I will never use this service again

The crew at Moana Waikiki were so friendly and made the trip a lot of fun! We met some awesome people on board who were also experiencing this for the first time and we all had an incredible time. As someone who gets seasick easily, this sail could not have been smoother (also thanks to some Dramamine) and I enjoyed every second of the breathtaking views of Waikiki and the sunset. Even though there were some clouds and a bit of rain, the crew were there to help us with whatever we needed and navigated our trip with no problem. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a fun, fairly inexpensive, and memorable activity!

This is the best sailing trip! We have done this a few times and the crew is always super nice and gives excellent service! and the cost of this excursion is super affordable!!! The boat is really nice and comfortable!! We will be back soon and look forward to the next time!

Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. This sunset sail was the highlight of the trip to Oahu. Great boat and views and we were lucky to have a very friendly group of other vacationers on our boat! Highly recommend!

The cruise was wonderful and the crew were top notch. My wife, seven-month-old son and I enjoyed the relaxing environment and beautiful views of Waikiki and Diamond head. I highly recommend this experience!

Crew was friendly and laid back. They were very helpful and caring. Did their best to make sure everyone was taken care of. They tried to get best views for the sunset.

I thought this was okay borderline poor. The crew was a mixed blend of some great and friendly, others were rather off-putting. The waiver requirement was not explained well; I noticed some passengers were informed and some weren’t leaving some folks to scramble before boarding. There is a QR code at the dock that each person must scan which directs to website to fill out liability waiver. The parking situation is not as terrible as they make it out to be. Lots of paid spots available and parking rate is reasonable. The tours decision to let some folks pre-board 15 minutes early seemed pretty silly. All remaining passengers got to view about 5-6 people board and sit on the boat and have a drink while left standing in the sun. Drinks on board not great. The cruise itself including the duration and views was nice. Appreciated that some crew members offered to take photos for us. This is a nice vessel I just think customer experience needs to be more thoughtful.
