After landing at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ) at the start of your vacation, meet our airport reps at the counter Desk 8 in the main arrivals hall as you exit customs. Skip any long lines for cabs and hop aboard your air-conditioned shuttle vehicle to travel to the following accommodation: hotels in Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay and Trelawny, and the Tryall, Round Hill and Grand Palladium hotels.
The transfer service is just as convenient when your vacation finishes. Just choose Round Trip and not one way. For the return trip, meet your driver at your hotel reception and relax as you’re whisked back to the airport in time for your flight departure. It’s a hassle-free, one or two-way service that gives you great peace of mind both before and during your vacation.
When making a booking for this service, you will need to provide your arrival and return flight details and your hotel details with us. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously.

I didn’t realise that I had booked a private transfer, for the price it was so worth it! My driver was polite and friendly. I was picked up on time and dropped off with more than enough time to check in and make my way to the gate.
I would highly recommend.

So we have booked a ticket for a shuttle service via Holiday Services Ltd, organized by Viator, from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay because we've been travelling around and wanted to go to another hotel. First booked, everything went Well ans I got the tickets via mail. The next day and four hours before our Trip was supposed to Start, the Holiday Services Messages me to let me know that we've gotten the wrong tickets and I need to get in touch with Viator to cancel the original order and book again. I did that and they told me the tickets were the right ones, anyway they can process with the cancellation and rebook it - for double the price. I told them I got informed by Holiday Services about the wrong ticket, but they reassured me, we will get picked up and had the right tickets. Until that time I've spoken to four different workers from Viator ans everyone assured me it will all work out.
Well, we didn't get picked up and waited in the midday sun for anyone to come. We had to walk with our luggage to another hotel in order to get picked up at all.
I was in a really bad mood, since I've spent so much time speaking and organizing this shuttle and reassuring that somebody will come to get us. I didn't even get the money back yet. Luckily we met a really nice man, a high school Coach, who got us an alternative for a really fair price and also a really nice Sightseeing Tour, including a visit to a plantation. It Just saved the day. We will never book with Viator again.

i landed at 12. got to my hotel at 4. driver made us wait outside in heat for 1 hour then another hour inside his car with no real fan or AC for another hour, took two hours for the other people to get dropped off. simply not worth it. wish i could get a refund

They are showing a nice van & bus in their description, but what we were transported yesterday was an old van with diesel fuel smell and caused us to vomit and we got backache.
The van had no Odometer and it was all shaking and it was a scary ride for almost 2 hours.
The van they used is probably atleast 30 years old.

I was never contacted by the tour operator Holiday Travel. I was calling them from 2 PM the day before pick up on April 10. Someone from their company finally got back to me at 8:06 AM to let me know that the shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 8 AM, this was clearly six minutes later and the shuttle arrived and left. This was the worst communication ever and this is not the way for them to do business. I ended up having to book something and spend $140.

This transportation was easy to navigate leaving the airport. Unfortunately, it took a long time to depart the airport as we had to wait for other travelers. On the way back to the airport closing our stay, our driver arrived right on time and allowed us to change our pick-up location, which we greatly appreciated.
