Embark on this well-paced full-day experience that will take you from Barcelona city center to the heart of Barcelona’s countryside. After departure, your first destination will be the scenic Monastery of Montserrat. A whole morning of astounding landscape, views and history await there. After enjoying a one-hour-long tour through the highlights of Montserrat Monastery, you will have more free time. Contemplate the splendid views while doing a short hike, be amazed by the art collection in Montserrat Museum, enjoy the Boys’ Choir (needs to be booked in advance through Montserrat's website), or sample some of the delicacies you can find in the shop and the local farmer’s market. Your guide will advise on all your options depending on your interests so that you can explore it on your own

Oller del Mas is not a common winery – its superb ecological wines have earned plenty of awards in the recent years. In fact, one of its wines won the “Best Wine in Catalonia” award in 2018. But the cellar is not only special for its wines. Firstly, you will enjoy a full traditional lunch prepared in their restaurant with seasonal ingredients. A full restoring meal to keep going with this full day experience! After lunch, you will take a stroll by the vineyards and enjoy an introduction to wine tasting thanks to your tour guide, who will provide with three local wines to taste and many explanations!
*We work daily with different low-production, family-owned boutique wineries. Due to logistic reasons, you might visit another cellar instead of Oller del Mas.

There is a limit of 20 people per guide, although transportation will be shared with other groups.
Please note that we reserve the right to modify itinerary if considered necessary.
Chance to see La Moreneta, Montserrat’s black Madonna, and attending the Boys’ Choir act (Optional under previous reservation through Montserrat's official website and subject to Montserrat's availability. Not included within the price of the Tour). Please note that the Boys’ Choir doesn’t perform on Saturdays, school holidays and several other dates throughout the year.

Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as there is some walking involved.
Temperatures in Montserrat and the winery tend to be more extreme than in Barcelona. Please check the weather forecast the day before and dress accordingly. We advise bringing water, especially in the summer season.
Infants aged 3 or less may join the tour free of charge, but note that no car seat or meals are provided.
If you have reduced mobility, please contact us before booking. We do our best to welcome everyone on board!
We cater for any dietary allergies or restrictions – no need to warn us beforehand.

I rate it a 5, weather was bad but Anays did everything to make us comfortable, best she could under circumstances. Her knowledge and sweet personality made the tour excellent. Dinner was very good. Meeting new people was a pleasure. Wine was delicious and joyous. Seeing how the plants are grown was also interesting. Guides and the bus driver did a wonderful job. Driver was very safe.I recommend this tour very much.

Fantastic day! Excellent tour, great and safe trip, Delicious (gluten accommodated) lunch, and informative wine tasting with delicious spirits. Try the Vermut to be blown away. Luca is the winner 10/10 would recommend.

Our tour guide Lesly was simply amazing! She was very knowledgeable about Barcelona history and the winery. Lesly made sure our entire group stayed together and also informed the luncheon host about dietary restrictions. Would definitely recommend this tour and Lesly!

Montserrat was incredible. The views, the basilica, the history - it wouldn’t have been half as interesting without Lesly our tour guide. Not only was she friendly and fun - she was also brilliant and made history come alive. We were so impressed with her knowledge during the wine tasting - amazing!

We had an incredible experience on our tour today at Montserrat Mountain and Wine Tasting! Lesly, our tour guide, went above and beyond to make the day unforgettable. Her knowledge and passion for the area were evident throughout the entire tour. She was friendly, professional, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. The scenery was breathtaking in Montserrat (we didn’t able to go to the cross :( but defo coming back), the wine tasting was delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Thank you Lesly for making this tour truly special! Thank you so much also for the special Birthday Cake! I was in awee.

Luca was our guide and turned what was a bit rushed start (for us) into an absolutely pleasurable day. We really enjoyed the monastery especially the walk to the cross. Luca was an excellent lunch host and wine tasting expert. He made the day so enjoyable and we really recommend this tour and Luca especially.

I enjoyed spending the day in Montserrat and appreciated the recommendations from Susana during the free time segment.
