Please note that beach club pick-up is not included. You can arrange transportation to Mr. Sancho's back and forth via the local Taxi transportation union which you can take at the cruise ports

We dont accept booking amendments to add more travelers to an existing booking without prior authorization from us
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Reservation holder must be present to let in any member of this reservation.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Freddy Cash met us at the check-in spot. I requested to go to the new pool area and he took us directly there. We were treated like royalty/family while there. Love this place. Love the Coconut Shrimp!!!!

I actually had a great time. I had been to a beach club before and they were slow and not attentive. However, Mr. Sanchos was very quick and attentive. I didn’t have to look for my waiter when I wanted food or drink. Would highly recommend Mr. Sanchos and ask for Jose.

The BEST part of our whole cruise!!!! The service was a 10000/10, the food was 10/10, the drinks was a 10/10, shopping 10/10, couldn’t recommend this place enough. The bar staff at the swim up bar was phenomenal and Armando our waiter was awesome!!!!!
