We took the excursion on May 16. we were unlucky with the weather so we didn't see mount fugi. our guide Aiko did everything she could to save the day despite people's frustration building up as the day went by. The weather was supposed to improve in the afternoon but ultimately it was bad until the time of return. I have no complaints about our guide Aiko who really kept a smile on her face and continued to give us information throughout the journey. On the other hand, given that people come exclusively to see Mount Fugi, I think it would have been wise for the company to either cancel the excursion because of the weather, or to shorten it in order to allow us release early to enjoy the rest of the day in Tokyo.

We did not make up Mt Fuji, we did not get to go on the tram due to the weather. The tour guide BLUE did a good job under the circumstances. If the weather is going to be good this would be a great tour with BLUE

This was a great tour experience even though it was drizzling all the way there but Taka our tour guide was funny, enthusiastic and hopeful. While having lunch, it became sunny and we managed to see Mount Fuji! But it became cloudy and slightly wet again and Taka apologized profusely because we had to miss the rope way and cruise due to wind. After readjusting he did find out later that we could do the cruise which was amazing as we had fantastic views of the floating Torri gate. We then ended our tour with a visit to the Hakone shrine. Taka talked about and explained many historical and cultural things which were very interesting and helpful! Thanks Taka for a great experience!

Even though the tour was changed a little due to unforseen weather, Aiko was calming and professional. She was clearly thrust into an uncomfortable situation, as there were rude people who made her life unnecessarily difficult, and she handled it incredibly and enthusiastically. She is an amazing tour guide
