The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.

If Mt. Fuji's 5th Station cannot be reached due to road surface freezing, an accident on the Fuji Subaru Line, or weather conditions, the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. When the tour has to turn back at the 1st Station, or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.

Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.

If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.) Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat "Appare", Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine

Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Transportation may be delayed by traffic congestion. Even if you miss your Shinkansen after disembarking at Odawara Station due to a delay, no refunds will be given. Please ride the next train in the Non-reserved section. If planning on taking a Shinkansen after the tour ends, please make sure to choose a Shinkansen departing Odawara Station at 19:00 or later.

Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.

When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or Muslim-friendly meals (please indicate even when there are no requests).

Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified. Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Customers with allergies and those that would like gluten-free meals should reserve the tour without lunch included.

GPS-enabled audio guides in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French, and Indonesian may be used while on board a dedicated vehicle. Please indicate your preferred language in the free entry field at the time of reservation. Same-day requests are not accepted. There are a limited number of audio guides available, so it may not be possible to provide one for each participant. Also, no refunds will be issued even if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signal, device issues, Wi-Fi malfunction, etc. Furthermore, they may be unusable if there are changes to the itinerary.

Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, etc.).

This is a carbon offset product where a portion of the tour booking charge is spent on renewable energy. By converting CO2 emissions during the tour to green energy, it's possible to contribute to activities protecting the planet's future.

On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2024 is yet to be determined), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.

As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended.

This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

Toshi was a fantastic guide. very well informed and happy to let us know those extra special things. MtFuji was brilliant (as expected), and the good weather made the day fantastic. The boat trip on Lake Ashi was very good and the view from the top of the Hakone rope way was unbelievable. A great day

Toshi was a great tour conductor. He was very knowledgeable as well as patient. We enjoyed this tour to Mt. Fuji. I would suggest that guests should be informed to NOT wear strong perfume for those who have an allergy to strong scents, Thus was the only negative on this tour!

We couldn't even find the meeting point . The directions given were absolutely horrendous. Kept being sent around in circles. This whole trip was a surprise birthday present for my husband and so missing this trip pit a whole dampener on the day. We were both so so upset at having missed this trip.

A worthwhile tour to see Mount Fuji from 5th station! We needed long pants and a jacket/sweater in May because it was cooler. Joe was a wonderful guide, full of good humour. It was lovely to also go to Hakone and have a short cruise to the ropeline. The shinkansen ride back to Town Tokyo was a thrill. The only suggestion I would have is to provide more time at Mt Fuji which I imagine is why most (us included) booked the tour. Still worth it however because of the package of places built into the tour.

We were bleed with perfect weather. I loved all the lessons on the bus shared by our tour guide Summer Berry River covering history, customs, Chinese and Japanese characters, religions, holidays, school life... all with pictures and school books which accompanied the information. I didn't know we were actually going to be in the mountain, I thought we were going to see it from afar. The bento box lunch and entertainment was wonderful Tar of the culture. The view from the gondola ride was phenomenal. Mount Fuji looked like it was floating on a cloud.

We missed the trip as the directions for the meeting point were totally inaccurate. When we did find the place we came across another half dozen people complaining about the lousy directions and people complaining about the poor quality of their tour the previous day! I believe the lack of directions is part of a scam, they refused my refund so I did a chargeback. Avoid, anyone else must be better!.

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide, Masa, was absolutely wonderful. He had a very extensive knowledge of all of the sites we visited and provided lots of very interesting historical facts. We also had to have a last minute change to one aspect of the tour due to poor weather and Masa provided a great alternative. It was a great day - highly recommended
