Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Muir Woods- thank you Heather for making the trip interesting and for your informative narrative. We did not expect to stop to take pics after crossing the Golden Gate Bridge - so that was an added bonus - would recommend anytime!

Our trip to Muir Woods and Sausalito was a perfect blend of cityscapes and nature. We got a perfect day, warm with the bluest skies. Our driver and guide, Heather, was good at pointing out sights and giving us their history, with anecdotes thrown in and her driving was perfect. The pick-up point was well marked, the representative well on time. Most beautiful were the majestic redwoods in Muir woods and the experience walking in the fragrance and shade. Sausalito was pretty, with friendly service at a Mexican restaurant. The views were amazing on the ferry ride back and the landing at fisherman's wharf brought us to a nice touristy spot, with much to see. A great way to spend a day!

Heather our guide was so lovely, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Drive over Golden Gate Bridge was pleasant and Muir Woods was beautiful, tranquil and felt we had enough time there - it is limited by the park itself 90min. Sausalito was so pretty but we were there during shoulder season so very quiet. Had a lovely ice cream and headed back. We originally chose ferry option back but they were closed due to damage at the pier - freak incident so we took the bus back and was refunded the ferry portion without even asking. Bus was clean and well maintained. Small group which was appreciated.

Even though it was raining the entire time we were in Muir Woods, we are so glad we went. The sights and atmosphere were breathtaking. Sausalito was a bit of a disappointment though. Could have skipped that.

Absolutely worth every penny, Muir park is phenomenal and if you don't have alot of time to explore, this is the perfect option. I recommend grabbing the ferry back but take the later one so you get more than an hour in Sausalito. The tour company was always very organized and the driver was super knowledgeable
