The airport transfer was the most obvious choice as arriving at Narita Airport for the first time in one's life is rather daunting. Once we were able to establish where to meet our diver everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend meet and greet to take the frustration out of where to meet our transfer. (If only we practiced what we are preaching)

Our driver was fantastic and very patient. There were 6 in our party, however, 2 were flying from the US and landed an hour before. They were going to meet us at our terminal but their luggage never arrived so they were caught up doing paperwork. They finally arrived to us with 5 minutes to spare before we would be charged the overtime rate. The vehicle was extremely clean and ride was very comfortable. I recommend this company for airport transfers.

I accidentally booked the wrong date due to crossing the international date line. This incurred a rebooking charge of $250. We had trouble locating our driver as we were not met at the gate which was an extra service we had paid for. Additionally, we had paid a fee for an English speaking driver and our driver could speak NO English though he was very kind. Expensive service with very poor execution. I would not recommend anyone consider this company.
