Nice calm cool cruise. Plenty of seating outside. Good narration of sights. Only complaint: the food wasn't as good as what we had on previous trip. Not bad, but not New Orleans great.

Tasty lunch and scenic cruise. Engine room is interesting. Met some folks from England and had a great discussion of traveling around the world.

The staff were great. The food was good. The ride on the steamboat was very relaxing and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend taking a steamboat ride on the Natchez. You'll be glad that you did.

We chose not to have a meal on our 11:30am cruise. It didn’t matter, we still had a good time. Informative narration up and down the river. Live quality jazz/dixieland music between periods of narration. You are allowed to visit the engine room to watch the (oil powered) steam engine at work. Worth a visit.

We really enjoyed this short cruise on The Mississippi in this Paddle Wheeler. We dod the 11:30 cruise with lunch. The lunch was good. The cruise lasted about 2 hours and went down the river, turned around and came back up. It was very relaxing with pretty scenery. We had never even seen the Mississippi before so it was nice to experience it in this way. I would recommend this cruise.

Serious incident during our recent visit to Natchez Steamboat. (05/12/2024) - My wife experienced a distressing situation where she choked on a piece of WIRE found in the food served to us. This incident was not only alarming but also potentially hazardous. We immediately notified the manager on duty. However, the response we received was deeply disappointing. Instead of expressing genuine concern or offering a heartfelt apology, we were simply informed that the matter would be mentioned to the chef.

Easy boarding and departure. Plenty of room for seating and getting around on the boat. Tour guide was informative easy to hear. We did not partake of the meal but did get a drink while on board. We'd go again.
