Went on a cloudy New York morning. There was no line to purchase tickets and no wait to get an elevator. We purchased the combo ticket that included the digital skyline guide which was actually very helpful. I would recommend getting one if this is your first trip to NY and you need help figuring out what you’re looking at. There was also a One World guide walking around answering questions and she was so nice and full of great information. I would highly recommend this experience! The views were incredible even though it wasn’t a crystal clear day.

What an experience!! The elevator trip that detailed the progress of the skyscrapers over the years was incredible, and then the initial reveal of the view was amazing. The i-pad was an interesting tool which highlighted all of the key buildings in the city.

the views were amazing. The experience was less great. Cafè opened late and didn't serve anything apart from coffee and tea - didn't even have the creamer ready- and despite all pastries and other items on display.

I’ve been lucky enough to experience good service and on occasions fantastic service but very rarely exceptional service. This was one of those occasions. I went with four friends looking to visit the Observatory and was lucky enough to be served by Yohanna (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). She helped us to get the right tickets for the visit and at the time was within our available window. She walked us through the entire process and ensured we got EXCEPTIONAL service
It was an amazing experience to visit but as always it started from the point of purchase. Thank you for being an extraordinary individual you whom customer experience means everything

The views from OneWorld are remarkable! We were given the tip to go up around 4.30 and stay for sunset. There is no time limit on your visit, so this was a great idea. Not just the views of Manhattan, but over the Brooklyn Bridge to Brooklyn and to Jersey were spectacular. It was a poignant observation deck for us because of the history of the World Trade Centre buildings and reflection pools below. They do lose a point though because of the outrageous drinks prices. 2 standard beers and a bottle of water was over $40 USD. But hey, I guess it’s a beer I’ll never forget 🍺🍺

We had NY Sightseeing passes otherwise I would not have visited this attraction as it is rather expensive. We went at 10am on a weekday and there were zero queues so we went straight in. I was very apprehensive as I have a fear of heights but it was fine. Very smooth and fast lift up to 100 floors. Absolutely incredible views for miles around in all directions. The restaurant was closed which was a pity as, having looked around, there is not a lot to do - you could buy some refreshments.
