We were a group of 6 and despite standing in line for about 20 minutes before boarding, we weren’t able to get open air seating on the top of the boat. This would have been completely fine but as you can see from the picture I took through the window they were filthy (or just very old) and you could not see clearly out of them. When they got close to the Statue of Liberty, they opened the doors to the front of the boat. Most of the people in the boat headed out to get a picture. The front of the boat dipped up and down a few times and then a HUGE wave of water came up and literally drenched everyone. I mean completely soaked about 4 rows of people. One man fell and had a very difficult time trying to get back up as the front of the boat continued to dip up and down. People were scrambling to get back inside. It was a miracle that no one fell off the boat or got seriously injured! After this happened the crew on the boat just acted like nothing happened, like this was completely normal. It was absolutely crazy!! Honestly, it was very scary and a huge waste of time and money! I strongly suggest you do not book this tour!

Not crowded, all able to get some great pictures.

The views were great. The crew was nice. Make sure to get there about 30 minutes early to get in line so you can get a spot on the upper deck, otherwise you may be stuck on the lower deck. The view from the upper deck is amazing.
Overall, very positive experience.

Great experience for my family and I’m so glad my kids were able to see it.. my mom who is 66 has always wanted to come to New York and I must say she really enjoyed herself

Pros: Great views and crew! This was a great tour and we were able to see many beautiful sites and take pictures. The crew and God were great. Darius was our tour guide and he was knowledgeable and entertaining.
Cons: boat is kind of beat up and smokes a lot and difficult to find, especially quickly. Need better signs.
But, overall a good experience

Having the opportunity to see the Statue of Liberty up close and in person. We had a good trip to see several things around the Statue of Liberty.
