We bought the 5 entry passes for our 5 day travel and believe they are worth the weight in gold we believe we saved a lot of money and gave us the opportunity to sit down and plan our trip as we knew it was going to be hard to fit everything in a short space of time. We booed everything through the app which we used to keep us on track to plan stuff around it. We will definitely be using it on our next trip to use on some other attractions we didn’t get to see (so many to choose from) We used 9/11 memorial museum Liberty and Ellis island (boat trip) Empire state Rockefeller Top of the rock

It’s so easy. It took the pressure of organising things separately. The app worked superbly. I highly recommend this as an easy and time saving method.

Empire State Building and 911 Museum. Both were excellent experiences. Rockefeller centre was OK. Statue of Liberty was good as well. Very easy app to use on my phone to book or reschedule the days

A very easy way to book the top attractions and save some money Once you have downloaded the App it is easy to book everything via the app. This also conveniently holds your passes in one place. Make sure you book venues in advance – you can make changes via the app if needed (obviously subject to timing and availability). I looked at other pass options but this seemed to be most convenient insomuch as it gives you the tickets online, whereas you still had to que with some of the other passes. You will need to work out what you are going to see but if that matches what’s on the pass then do it that way. Visited: Empire State twice – Morning & Evening. It is up to the Observatory level. We probably would not have gone twice if we didn’t have the pass, but as our hotel was close this was convenient. If you do it once then the ‘saving’ is not so large. Top of the Rock observation deck 9/11 Memorial & Museum Circle Line Sightseeing Cruise (We did this instead of the Ferry Access to Statue of Liberty as it was a bigger saving. We did the Ferry Access outside of the pass) American Museum of Natural History – We only did this one as it was included, otherwise it was not on our list. It is worth a visit if you have time (You do need to que to get the ticket for this one - wasn't long)

AMNH tickets couldn't be accessed there. We had to pay full price. They said we'd be reimbursed by CityPass.

Unhappy with some of the options available and there is no way to change once booked and the customer service is just useless, all they say is contact the attraction you are visiting and ask for cancellation
