Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time with Identification It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

The company were so easy and friendly to deal with. I was sceptical when i booked as there was not many past reviews but the price was exceptional so I thought I’d give it a try. The standard and quality was amazing and the same as all of the other company’s out there if not better. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, we had our flight moved back from 10:00 to 12:00 this was done over the phone the day before they called and said due to the weather they do not expect to fly that early and pushed it back to 12:00. This was exactly the case and no flights with any company were going ahead with us being the first flight of the day. The pilot was really nice and friendly. Now onto the main part the flight. It was around 15/20 long and the view were out of this world and this was by far the best part of our holiday. I would 100% recommend doing a flight and using this company and will use them again when i inevitably come back!

We had an awesome experience!
When we arrived we were swiftly shown to our check in desk, we paid our $45 each Heliport fee and were weighed for safety purposes.
It wasn’t long till we were given our safety briefing and made our way to the helicopter.
The Heli staff were kind, thoughtful and even took photos of us on our phones by the helicopter. (Others were charging for professional pics. )
We jumped on the helicopter, safely secured and locked in. Take off!
Our pilot Drew was brilliant in explaining everything to us and pointing out famous landmarks. I also loved the fact that he gave each side the opportunity to see the landmarks and you didn’t need to reach over each other.
Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

Fantastic flight, great views of the whole of Manhattan Island, from the Statue of Liberty to the Bronx. Brilliant pilot, great friendly, helpful ground staff. A truly magical experience. Strongly recommend that you explore Manhattan on the ground first, then you will appreciate and better understand what you see from the air. The flight is approximately 1,200 feet over New York.

Fantastic experience. Waiting around to board is boring but the flight after is amazing. Don’t worry about not seeing out the opposite window on the way out as you will get the full view on the way back. A real treat but worth the money.

Bad, bad, bad!!!
The helicopter tour could not take place due to bad weather (in the end the weather turned out to be not so bad). They would refund the cost ($1,596). Now, 3 months and 5 reminders later, I still have not received anything. There is also no response to my e-mails.
Very, very bad this. This is more like a scam.

We thought this would take our trip to the next level and it really did!
I’ve never seen my son’s face so happy in his entire life, sitting upfront with the pilot made his whole trip.
It was so well organised, everyone is so friendly. If you are thinking about it, just book it, you won’t regret it!

The trip was wonderful, very organized, and we felt very safe.
My nephew was trilled to bits when he had the front seat.
The trip it self was great and it is incredibly how much we could see.
