Excellent day. Our guide Ali was very attentive & commentary informative & interesting. Mini bus made it easier for him to get to viewing points etc - we particularly enjoyed Niagara on the Lake. Meal in the evening was excellent - an as much as you can eat buffet! On 13th floor of a corner building with a viewing platform so we could like out over the falls. Door to door service to & from our hotel. Only thing we didn’t like was that it was a bit tight getting in & out of the minibus. As always on these type of tours, those who are picked up first get the best seats!

Having to drive 6.5 miles each way to catch the tour bus when we ended up a block from our hotel. I had called numerous times to confirm pick up and constantly told it would be our hotel. However the morning of the tour we got a text asking to meet 6.5 miles away due to road construction which did not affect our hotel I don’t believe they ever intended to pick us up at our hotel and then basically forced us to drive to pick up the bus

Our afternoon and evening trip with Johnny as our driver/guide was really fun. He knew a lot about the area and made it entertaining. The trip gets you on the boat ahead of the line and be sure to purchase the dinner tickets for the Sheraton.

Great spots and Dwayne was an amazing tour guide, unfortunately we do not think it’s worth the amount payed, since we only got 20 mins at night to see the lights and for all other spots we also got 5 mins or just passed by. Itinerary was not exactly as described.

Brilliant time on the tour! Ali was very friendly, informative and ensured the guests were put first. Yes, there's a bit of traffic - when leaving Toronto - but it's to be expected and Ali kept us entertained along the way. Due to the time of the year, certain elements - such as the Floral clock and Falls Lights - were bot visible but this is sort something which can be controlled by the company. We were given time to explore the Falls, the Hornblower ride was impressive and fun, and we had a fantastic group of people. I also chose the optional helicopter ride (not included in the price) and it was stunning. A truly life changing experience. Dinner was essentially all you can eat; so great value. Highly recommend this tour!

Probably the most worth-it tour I have ever taken!! First off, HUUUUGE shout out to our amazing awesome funny tour guides Johnny & Alp. They were so attentive, so knowledgeable, and just all around cool dudes. We ended up getting upgraded to VIP which allowed us the following itinerary: bus pick-up at hotel, stop at table rock (free time), maple syrup tasting, boat cruise into the falls, tiniest chapel stop, niagara-on-the-river stop, delicious dinner buffet at sheraton fallsview with panoramic views of the falls during sunset, and then we saw the illuminated falls at night before returning back to our hotels. It was a jam-packed day that was definitely worth all 9 hours. Would 100% recommend.

This was my first ever bus trip through Viator, my experience was wonderful. Our tour guide Johnny and assistant trainee were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and even with an hour drive to the falls, we were not bored once. I highly recommend this trip as you don’t only get to see the falls but any surrounding areas. You truly feel like a VIP 10/10
