Brandon was very informative and knowledgeable about the local area and he was an amazing guide all the way around! Would request him by name every time. He chatted with us about our plans and informed us on alot of local history and current events that were really interesting.

Our flight was on time. My family and I waited for our luggage for a while. We proceeded to meet our airport transportation through Viator. Our driver was on time, patiently waiting for our arrival! Our driver was an very excellent driver! He communicated with us along the ride. Well spoken, very informative driver! He made sure our driver was safe!

The transfer from the Montego Bay airport to Ocean Coral Spring Resort and back was seamless. Our driver Damian was at the airport when we arrived despite having to wait as it took a long time to clear customs. He was ahead of schedule to return to the airport which was great.

The food and atmosphere were very good and our customer really enjoyed it, as well. I ate my weight in fish, I think, but it was worth it. Weird that the restaurants at the resort kept running out of Petron. Worth the visit.

The Jamaican food that I ate at several restaurants was very well prepared. i had the Grouper on Pasta today in the Private Lounge and it too was cooked perfect. The most enjoyable meals have been at the Sugar Cane for authentic Jamaican food like Curried Goat and those amazing Ox Tails.
Overall a great place and the staff have always gone out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied.
