Elvis (our driver) was great!! He made our transfer very enjoyable AND informative. Very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as well. Google him! Elvis the Seattle cab driver! If you get to choose, choose Elvis!

Driver never showed or communicated with me. I had to make other arrangements to get to the airport so I would not miss my flight. I reached out to the operator with no response received. I paid $168 for nothing!

The only problem was the wait at the pier. I am used to Viator doing better at meeting The driver was great. He said they had to call him in from another route and the trip across town took a while. We stood probably for 40 minutes or more after getting off ship.

Prior to our arrival their office had been most helpful in answering our questions via email.
Despite a minor difficulty in locating the representative at the pier, it was an easy, comfortable ride.
The driver was most accommodating in dropping us at the airport rental car complex and helping us get our luggage to the curb.
We would highly recommend this group.

We booked our trip to the airport online & were concerned since we arrived later for the bus from the Holland America Eurodam. We were met by an agent at the bus pickup point and saw there were no others waiting for the bus. We boarded the bus & the driver took only the two of us on the long drive to the airport. We really appreciated the way everything was handled without any delays on the part of Seattle Express.

Booked this transfer from pier 66 to the airport, and it was hassle free. Once you arrive outside the terminal, the transfer is straight in front of you, and then it's a 20 min journey to the airport.

The service was so much cheaper than the cruise ship transportation. The shuttle came within 5 minutes of me arriving. The driver was very polite and took great care of our luggage. The trip did not take long to get to the airport.
