If I could have rated zero stars, I would. I never write bad reviews but others should be aware that Comfort Cars entirely no showed my young daughter and I at CDG. What’s App messaging with them did not help despite messaging a copy of my confirmation and emailing the night before. It was a frustrating hassle and not the way I wanted to start our trip. Suggest you book with any one of a dozen other transfer services.

After finally finding where the baggage claim area was, and picking up our luggage. We had difficulty finding our driver. This required a few calls to customer assistance. The mobile connection was spotty and at times difficult to understand the representative. Eventually our driver found us. He was courteous but apparently spoke limited English.

All was going well until our car was scraped by another driver and then our driver jumped out and had a screaming altercation with the other driver. We didn't know what was going on but ended up at our hotel eventually

We had a great ride from Charles De Gaulle to our Air BnB. Our driver was pleasant and professional and accommodated our lousy French lol. He was kind and patient and waited until we got into our home before he left!

We arranged for transportation from Charles de Gaulle airport to Gare du Nord. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, with my name held up. He graciously led us to his van, assisted with our luggage, and made sure everything worked well for us. We were very pleased with the result.
