Les Deux Plateaux, more commonly known as the Colonnes de Buren, a highly controversial art installation created by the French artist Daniel Buren. It turned into an iconic place for the fashionistas, where you can enjoy a photo op.
Some notable vintage boutiques are also located in the area.

The oldest Parisian fashion district. We will also stop by the Chanel original store, located at rue Cambon, where the legendary designer started her career

Walk along Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré where the most important fashion houses have their boutiques located, The tour ends at Place de la Concorde.

Ivo, is an exceptional tour guide! His knowledge of the fashion history And industry in Paris is spectacular. We could’ve spent another two hours with him, so informative, energetic, an exceptional, storyteller, and delightful. We have done several walking tours in different parts of the world and he is by far the best guide.

This was maybe the best tour I did in Paris. Ivo was the best guide! So knowledgeable and passionate about his subject. I learned SO much. We walked the fashion district and I learned all about so many famous French designers.
I am no fashion expert but found this so fascinating. If you have any interest in fashion at all especially the history of it in Paris, this is the tour for you!

Our personal guide Ivo was amazingly educated and passionate about the history of fashion and the fashion culture in Paris. I learned so much from him and really enjoyed our time on the tour. We highly recommend this tour!

Ivo was a great guide and knew lots about fashion history and how it has changed over time. Took us too a few iconic spots along with a walk down the fashion avenue giving background on several fashion houses.

We travelled back in time to the origins of haute couture in the early 17th century. We learnt from Ivo's encyclopaedic memory of fashion, from the original tailors who ventured into designing for clients (Mr Worth and beyond?)

Had a wonder experience the tour guide was very passionate in his knowledge of couture, fashion and history of the area. Highly recommend this tour you will learn a lot about vintage couture and see some beautiful pieces!

It was interesting to learn about the intentionality of the fashion shows, see where some were held and see behind the current window current displays of the various fashion houses and learn about their design as it relates to the designer or makes a reference to the season’s fashion show.
A fun afternoon spent with my niece!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Ivo! He is super knowledgeable and friendly and catered to my daughter (14) who wants to enter the Fashion Industry. He gave us the history of the major fashion designers from Paris and how they were inspired and grew their collections, and how they are known today. He also gave her practical tips on getting into the Fashion industry. We had my mother along as well and he kept the pace slow to accommodate her and the content engaging for all of us. 10/10 recommend!
